Went to the Arby's in Attalla Al. Got 3 sliders that were cold. My fries I ordered (curly fries) were half reg fries half curly. The drink did NOT even have ice in it. Keep your crapy food cause I will NEVER be back
We went to Arby’s at night and their night shift was so kind!! Which is usually not the case at fast food. We spoke to 2 separate employees and they were both so sweet and helpful, along with seeing actually everyone working, which again is not the case with a lot of fast food places. And The food was amazing and cooked fresh! Thank you Arby’s!! We appreciate yall so much
Food was exactly as you would expect from an established Arby’s. The employees were friendly and quick. The problem was the appearance of the dining room. I dont know if that’s a result of being short staffed or just not following proper protocols. I couldn’t see the kitchen but I did see that they scored a 99 in August. It’s not a 99 now! All trash needed to be emptied. The tables had not been cleaned, the sauces were empty and the drink bar had not been cleaned. Floor has not been swept or vacuumed. Pretty disappointing.
The young man that took my order was covering for someone that was out. He was from the east gadsden location. He was friendly, professional, helped the other crew members as a team. He was definitely showing team leadership. I wish to thank him.

Cashier isn't the smartest.
We gave her the $.53, and instead of saying "ma'am it was .56" she just gave us a bunch of change back. Smh.
Food was good.
Floor was sticky.
Arby sauce was empty.
They weren't terribly busy but I suppose we could have followed a lunch rush.
This place is an absolute disaster, and a disgrace to the Arby’s name. I did an online order last night and tonight, and the service is awful. When I got to the restaurant, I had to wait 15 minutes just to ask them if my food was ready, I then waited another 15 minutes before they didn’t have the Mac ‘n Cheese bites cooked. I asked if my fries and mozzarella sticks would be fresh too, to which I didn’t get a response. Another 15 minutes later, and they had the Mac ‘n Cheese bites in the bag, along with my mozzarella sticks, and even though the fries had been done, they still didn’t give me my food. When I tried to ask any questions the short heavy set girl (in drive thru) gave me an attitude (repeatedly) along with everyone else that was waiting, and the older lady just kept saying that she just got there an hour ago. When I finally got my food, my fries weren’t hot, the mozzarella sticks were like warm (and I only got 5 instead of 6), and the Mac ‘n Cheese bites were also just like warm, even after I had to wait for them to be cooked! My Rueben was also cold, and had very little meat on it. Last night I waited 15 minutes to once again ask if my online order was ready and I still had to wait another 5-10 minutes to get my food. What’s the point of ordering online ahead of time if you still have to wait 30 minutes at the store? I thought last night was an anomaly, but after tonight’s far worse service, I suspect this is their normal service.
Like how did this store just get remodeled and already ragged… nasty tables in dining room, feels like no air on , coke machine broke, can’t get ice, drinks taste flat . Can’t get any sauces without asking someone behind counter . Asked for sauce didn’t get with order . Come on…
Alright, alright, I see you Arby’s. Got the BLT and it was ginormous. And they didn’t skimp on the bacon either. They were extra generous with the mayo though, but I love mayonnaise, so it worked for me ????????
