We haven't had Arby's in a long time. We received some coupons in the mail. After a few hours of shopping, it sounded good. The restaurant was clean. I like that they carry Diet Coke instead of Diet Pepsi. The food could have been hotter, but it did satisfy my craving for a roast beef sandwich.
I had dinner delivered yesterday using ubereats, they did nothing wrong in my opinion. But Arby’s seems to want to place blame on them for my sandwich bun having plastic imbedded into it. They refused a refund, I asked if he thinks they should be punished for your quality control neglect? he literally said “yeah I guess”. I don’t see a place to post pictures, maybe it’s on the next page but I will definitely figure out out how to post them. It’s mind blowing how this made it out of the factory, and then the restaurant. You can see blue on the outside of the bun. Does Arby’s not have a process of quality control? ????????????
So I ordered the beef and cheddar meal the large one, and the meat on the sandwich was so tough that I could not even eat it. It was absolutely awful and there were maybe five pieces of meat on the sandwich. So I got home and I called and I let them know about it. He said come back and I will make it better. I went back and he gave me another sandwich which was supposed to be beef and cheddar, there was no chatter on the sandwich, maybe a spit size amount. And he gave me a free Apple turnover for my troubles. I could’ve thrown that apple turnover through the window and broke the window out. It was so hard and disgusting. Arby’s has turned into the worst place ever I’m so disappointed. And I’ve been going there for a very long time. A very, very long time not this specific store, but I have been going there to other stores. Just deplorable so disappointed, awful, awful, awful awful.
Grabbed a quick lunch to share here on a Saturday with hubbs. Newly built & has cool decor with red, black, & different accent walls like white tile backsplash & shiplap. The room and tables & dining area was tidy. Service was quick & friendly. The food was hot & fresh. Love the Arby's sauce, it is so good with curly fries. We tried the roast beef gyro meal (you can also do turkey)- the wrap was soft and good. Great stop for lunch today.
I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes at a minimum. When I got up to the window to pay I was told to pull forward and wait for my food because it was not done yet. For a place that considers itself to be fast food it was not fast by any definition of the word.
The group that was working yesterday (Fri, Oct 18 2024) was excellent. Kenya was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. Thank you. Will definitely visit this location again in the future.
Tried their smoke house brisket sandwich today. A small version of the one on the drive through menu and the meat was dried out and tough. Where's the meat? If you're selling smaller sandwiches for more money at least use fresh meat.
Took 1 bite of the burger and realized it was burnt. The wagu burger I was so anxiously awaiting to try fell very short. The 2nd burger was really undercooked but not burnt. Staff were young ladies and the 2 I dealt with seemed very inexperienced. Perhaps they were newer employees and would improve with more training and experience. They were very friendly but giggling so much they couldn't really focus on the job at hand. Was handed my order and before I could even drive away same girl who handed me my order opened the window again and said thats $10.69. Then she realized she had just gave me my order. 2 wagu burgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of poppers almost $27.00 fell really short.
