Honestly, I don't know why Arby's doesn't have a line at the drive through every day. The food is GOOD and the choices are varied. Stopped here recently with my daughter on the way to an appointment and got us gyros and they were GREAT!! Very fresh, tasty and they didn't break the bank. Might be nice if the location was spiffied up a bit as it looks a little run down, but the food goes down just fine!! YUM!! My secret place to go in Huntsville, I guess!
Restaurant was clean. I especially appreciated the open restrooms and the fact they had hooks in the stalls to hang items on. The music was good (classic rock) and not too loud. Took a while to order at the cash register at 4:20pm on a Saturday due to it being short staffed. Staff was quick, just not overly friendly. 2pm to 5pm they have a special for $1 classic sliders, cookies, snack sized shakes and soda.
I have gotta leave this review due to how impressed i am with this location this is the only place i go to eat in this town they provide excellent service and excellent quality food always friendly great employees my order is always correct fresh and on time YALL DO A GREAT JOB HERE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
So i live and work in Huntsville and barely eat anywhere in this town die to overly poor customer service poor quality food and rude and employees but this Arbys is perfect
This was a total mess! Took almost 30 to get food through the drive through. Got a beef Slider and fries. The Slider was COLD. The cheese was cold and stiff. The meat was cold. The bun was cold and had zero condiments on it. Dry, cold and awful! Fries were lukewarm.
My beef n cheddar was clearly shrinkflated cause it had a tiny sad lil portion of meat, and when you order curly fries, you hope for a few of those tightly coiled soft yummy yummy ones. Well, I got a few tightly coiled ones, but the entire order was cooked so hard, Ellie-Mays biscuits are softer. It was obvious that the person at the register was new, and the person working in the back was trying to make food, run the register, and train the new guy all by herself. All in all I'd say the 25 bucks it cost us to eat there should be refunded with an apology.
I placed an order on June 15th. One of the sandwiches was missing from the bag. I contacted the store and the manager Ariana let me know that I could come back for it at another time. I tried to go back for it and they said that the manager quit and they had no record of it so I had to take a $10 loss due to managerial communication errors.
So to start every table was dirty with no customers inside, then we order. The fries were cold and the tenders we're barely warm, when I told them she had an additude. My sandwich was good but not much meat especially for the price. Won't be back for a while.
Great cheese sticks
Arby's is known for tender roast beef and curly fries. They got it down pat, here. I ordered a classic double roast beef. Juicy, tender. The curly fries are wonderful. I live them. They have other items: Reubens, ribs, gyros. The place is fairly new or remodeled. Very nicely done. Counter help was super friendly. This Arby's fulfills the creed to a "T".
