I came here about 9:00 last night and got the turkey bacon ranch meal got home an hour later starving to death went to go put honey mustard on my sandwich only to realize there was no turkey on it whatsoever there was two small pieces of bacon and a very thin piece of cheese so I ended up eating a cheese sandwich for $11 I have called twice today speak to a manager and both times the supposedly is not a manager on duty I am still waiting for a call back to see if they are going to make up for their mistake last night there was a bunch of kids working and don't think that they were paying attention to what they were doing but if I'm going to pay $23 for two meals I expect all the food to be on there I work in the food industry I know how customer service goes and I should have received a call back by now already but they probably just lost a dedicated customer (ID LIKE TO KNOW WHY A MANAGER HASN'T CALLED ME BACK YET!?)
The wait in drive through was far longer than my experience at other Arby's. Long enough the baby woke up and we decided to grab our food and eat inside, stretch our legs, before getting her back in the car and hitting the road.
The food was sub-par. Definitely the classic roast beef sandwich was as good as any other Arby's I've been too and my wife's sandwich wasn't anything special either.
The fries were on point, but how could you mess up curly fries and Arby's sauce???

Went to Arby's at a different location in Missouri coming back from our road trip from the zoo, and they had the 4 for $10 dollars classis roast beef sandwich. We were all excited!
Came back to Fort Leonard Wood and stopped at the Saint Robert, Missouri to see if they had it, they do not have the same deal. How come this Arby's never have these kind of specials for people and their families? Especially when its being advertised.
we went to Arby’s this afternoon at around two-ish. The service was extremely slow 13 minutes. At the drive-through. Only one ahead of us. When we did get to the drive-through window there was somebody texting instead of working. Unbelievable! Potato cakes could’ve been a little bit more done like they used to be. Would’ve been nice I’m not sure if we’ll be visiting Arby’s anymore been using it ever since it went in.
The manager and employees go above and beyond to help their customers, even while having a rough day with the register system. They were very kind, friendly, pleasant, they stayed calm in the situation with the register, and maintained a welcoming atmosphere during a stressful situation. I also found out they started Online Orders! Arby’s Saint Robert,Mo you rock!! FANTASTIC Customer Service!
Stopped here for a quick bite to eat, on our way to Arkansas. Nice clean restaurant, fresh food, friendly staff.
Everything else was good lmao i normally love Arby’s. And I saw that they were selling boneless chicken wings so I had to try a 5 piece! WHEN I TELL YOU I CACKLED BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME STRAIGHT BREADING. Arby’s cmon now.
These guys are awesome. There was no fake customer service face. Just real chilled out individuals. They were so nice in fact, I'm doing an application tomorrow. I was sad when I left because I felt like I made friends just ordering food. The night shift has a very good crew. Even if you don't like Arby's, they have ice cream
