It's a restaurant stop, so that's the atmosphere. They were the only fast-food place that stayed open on New Years Day at the stop. The food was good, but they were understaffed. Meh, Hangover holiday, so gotta be happy. At least one place was open.
Ordered a French Dip without cheese and “Extra crispy curly fries “
What I got, same fries they were giving everyone and Ajou that you can see the bottom of the cup in. I’m no expert, but eat enough French Dips to know I’m not supposed to be able to see the bottom.
Arby’s, you need to do way better than this.
Update on 3/12/24. A day after I made this review I received an email from Arby’s asking for more information and my email address, phone number and more details. I sent them what they asked for. What happened you may ask?? NOTHING!! No phone calls, no emails not even a text. Just goes to show you that businesses don’t care anymore about customers.
Arby's tarter sauce is not the brand this franchise uses, they use Kraft! They originally used the Arby's brand and it was delicious, but I guess switched to Kraft because it's way cheaper.
Update: Food is back on par and very good, but the service has a lot to desire. The younger guy out front doesn't smile and says nothing when you say hi or thank you. If you don't like your job, go some where else!
I have been to this Arby's several times and everytime it has a been a severe let down. Tonight, the service was absolutely terrible and I was not happy about it. Normally, I am a highly positive review giver but this Arby's failed to meet my expectations. The meat on my sandwich h was frozen solid, way to much lettuce and the tomatoes were not ripe either. When I told one of the guys Aldo about the tea being totally disgusting he just blew me off like what do you want me to do about it. Not coming back.
We travel every year for vacation and everytime we go to North Carolina we stop at the truck stop and get Arby's. I was happy to see that they still had the loaded curly fries because the Arby's near my house doesn't have it anymore. The workers were amazing.
This place is at truck stop I figured they would have the intelligence to stay open past 10pm. This is the first arbys I've ever seen closed that early. Most drivers don't stop till after 10pm so screw us I guess. Would be nice to have a hot sandwich about now.... this is only for the owners and managers because the workers are aways nice.
I had to repeat myself 6 times and the boy at the register was legitimately slow. On my final attempt to rectify his shortcomings he ignored me and walked away. How hard is it to ask me is my order correct or can you repeat that so I can be sure your order is what I put into the register. Horrible customer service and the burgers were so sloppily made, sauce was all over the foil both inside and outside.
Ordered a meal $43.22, request tomato and onion on the 2/6 fish sandwich. One fish got the additional and had too share with the other fish myself,smh. Thank you for being polite, gn.
