Best WLM Reviews
It seemed like there were only 2 people working because that's all I saw in the extremely long wait for my food. So with that said those 2 girls deserve a raise for tolerating that work environment and getting my order correct. So my 3 stars is only because of the lack of staff causing a 25 minute wait for 2 meals at a "fast food"
Amazing food
Amazing outdoor seating
Fantastic customer service! Super kind and very helpful. Food was made fresh, hot, and was packaged correctly! Thank you for a great experience!
We ordered two double Reubens at the drive-thru. My wife unwrapped one and there's no way this is a double. Went back inside the person in charge today insisted that it was a double. I have pictures can't attach them
Staff was friendly but food was not made correctly. The roast beef wasn’t sliced instead I got thick slices of roast beef on my sandwich. I called the store to see if Arby’s has changed the way the sandwiches were made and was informed the “guy” cut the meat wrong. If the employees knew the meat was cut wrong why was it still put on the sandwich and sold?
I normally only go through the drive-thru. Their services fast extremely friendly and the food has always been accurate the location depending on traffic can sometimes be a little tough to get in and out but not too bad I typically order the chicken cordon bleu or a roast beef sandwich with a drink their curly fries are amazing definitely good fast food
Took me 25 mins to get a number 1 and a 5 piece jalapeño bites! Very slow service
Everything was good except they need to bring the potato cakes back
