We ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches and the sandwich literally had one slice of meat on it and the top bun came apart. Also asked for horsey sauce and got none.
Confusion at drive thru window. Attendant was not sure if my order was paid for. She ran card twice. Coke was flat and bitter. Fries (curly) were cold and old. Roast beef and cheese was cold. Chicken tenders were cold and rubbery. BBQ sauce was good. Napkins....were napkins. Paper sack, versatile, doubled as a great place mat.
Ordered the cheeseburger combo (curly fries, drink). When I got to the window the cashier quoted a price that was way more than what was on the price sign. I asked her about that and she said that's how it came up on the register.
Long story short, I feel like something was added to my order or maybe they upsized my drink without asking me. Which to me is scamming customers. I guess they have more customers just paying without asking about the big difference than not. I didn't get a receipt because I was asked to pull up to wait for my order and the receipt wasn't in the bag or given to me to look at.
Food was good (my sandwich was made fresh to order and my fries were hot)... but the feeling of getting taken advantage of made this experience worth not returning or being very careful when ordering...
Waste of my money.. I ordered nugget combo and my nuggets were hard. I took them back in and the manager asked what the issue was. I explained it to him and he said give him 5 minutes for fresh food. Fries were hot but The picture attached is what I received the second time around…STILL HARD. As a manager I would think that you would TAKE CARE of the customer and have your team not serve food that is stale or old.
I don't even know why I bother. This place is ALWAYS hit and miss and one of the worst ran Arby's locations that for some reason I keep going back to over and over again. No receipt was provided either, but this is every single time now... Watered down au jus. How hard is it to look at the back of the box this stuff comes in and measure and mix accordingly. Hopefully the franchise owner will read this and quit being cheap and train people correctly.
Fries greasy, cold, been multiple times hoping for different results. Think staff just don’t care. If I was owner I would fire everyone and start fresh. Entire family got different things family of 4 all had to throw away. The only thing that was good was sweet tea and coke
Walked in today for lunch. Waited several minutes at the register with a couple employees looking, but no acknowledgement from the employees. Eventually asked if anyone was working the front, to which the young man responded with some unintelligible gibberish. After over 10 minutes waiting, I left. I don’t think I’ll be back.
Nicest Arbys I have ever been to! The have the meat and shakes but salads are terrible. Guess you are not supposed to get one here! Lol! Love the meat selections though. And the shakes are awesome! Really nice staff too! Cool decor. Great, convenient, location.
