This can’t be the same smokehouse brisket sandwich yall advertising . And it smells spoiled ! Can’t even eat it smh .
If you make your burger well done, do not come here. My burger was pink in the middle, now I have a crazy stomach ache. My burger had so much sauce, that it was seeping from all sides when I unwrapped it. Barely any lettuce, thank god I keep some at home. I will definitely never buy a burger from here again.
Drive thru- This place can be so annoying. They can have hardly any customers and everyone has to move up and out of line to wait on food. Person in front of me, had to move up. After they moved up and got their food. When I ordered, I knew, I would be asked the same after that person left. I was right. She asked me to move up, so someone could bring out my food. I see maybe sometimes, but this is constantly.
Paid $15 for a soggy mess of a burger, cold stale fries and a slider missing the cheese. Rough day for back line to say the least. Called back and was told I have to be in person for a refund and no sort of void could be done. I worked at Arbys as a GM for 4 years. I know this is 100% false just a lazy mentality.
Steven was a great server. He was pleasant , had a good attitude, and handled the counter and drive-thru while taking orders outside to waiting customers. A keeper.
The girl at drive thur was nice. The food was horrible. The potato cakes were cold and tasted old. I got a chicken sandwich and it wasn't good either. I will blame myself for going there though. I should have known better. . I hate to spend my money and the food bad.
Ordered a turkey ranch and bacon combo which is about $12. When I got home I opened up my sandwich to find 2 slices of butt bread some grainy mustard smeared on one side a 1/2 of slice of cheese 1 slice of bacon and ranch smeared on the other side. When I tried to call them about it no one would answer the phone. I don't even eat butt bread at home what would make you think someone would pay $12 for that. They are completely slack for this.
1st time ever eating Arby's. The food was horrible. I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich meal large with sweet potato fries. #11 on the menu board. The most thinnest chicken i have ever seen with 2 tomatoes and barely lettuce. The bacon was cold. The sandwich so dry, the sweet potatoes were old. The drink was ok. Drive through employee was nice. I eat out once a week and this was a disappointment. I won't do it again. I see good reviews from others but for me it was not good.
