I don’t frequent Arby’s so I don’t have much to compare to but I was impressed with this location’s service and atmosphere. The young man who helped me was cordial and attentive. The environment was clean and updated and the food came out fast.???? Be sure to download the app.
They messed up my drink and my food order.
Update: From 2 stars to 4. We decided to try out this location again. Much better this time. Food was fresh, employees were polite, and the order wasn't messed up at all. The mozzarella sticks were especially hot and stringy, yum. I just wish they'd give me lots and lots of extra Arby's sauce cause that stuff is super yummy.
Update 2: 4 stars still, but only because the lobby floor was very sticky and dirty. Food was great, the service was prompt, and the ladies' restroom was clean.
The 2 for $7 was incorrect ly charged, and their cookie ???? threw me into anaphilactic shock, and it ended up in the hospital for over 36+ hours. If you're allergic to the world, like I am, eat at your own risk. But the quality of their food has also decreased and was not what I recalled from "Back In The Day". I was definitely disappointed in the 2 sandwiches, but I will say that their Mac n cheese bites were VERY good!
Young guy in the drive thru with curly hair served my boyfriend and I tonight and was so kind, we had to wait just a few extra min and pull around front for fresh jalapeño poppers (who would mind that?) he threw in extra for the small wait and even offered to go back inside for us for extra sauce. What a gem 10/10 service
I pulled into their parking lot at night and you can literally see the lady was not happy that we came. I went in and she was speaking gibberish. Couldn’t even let out a proper sentence. I asked her “excuse me, sorry I didn’t hear that”. She replies with: “…I said… ugh..what do you want…” with the most disgusting hatred tone.
I turned around and walked out. I understand you may be paid terrible or you may have some issues you’re dealing with at home but dawg, I came in for Arby’s….

After finding out sandwich normally get no longer available, asked to be given a second to figure out what I'd like. Was asked if that was all before even having a chance to look at menu again. Finally made a haste decision after being rushed. Got order and opened my crispy chicken sandwich was COLD and my husband saw they had drawn a mad face inside my lid. His food was all fine and hot. Being that I am pregnant it is important to have food heated to proper temp to help kill off chance of listeria. Super disappointed that some deliberately did this to my food. It was super aggressive and unnecessary. We won't be eating again at this location. Only doing 1 star cause no stars isn't an option.
The roast beef is always too thick and chewy, dry and nasty, or really undercooked here milk shake machine was broken for like over 2 years I wil ot be giving them any more trys ill go to a different once especially that wouldn't replace my order that was so bad that neither my husband or I could eat that we were charged almost $30 for 2 large meals not right at all
