Haven't been to this location in a year or so. Compared to my last visit, the food was fresh, the wait was short and the staff was incredibly friendly! Whoever the gentleman was working the drive thru window today at noon, please make sure he gets a raise or bonus soon! He was kind, cordial and made my lunch hour much better, just through our interaction! Kudos!
The best customer service we have received in awhile. It took a little longer then what we are used to, but they are not like any other fast food joint. Food was super fresh. I would recommend dining in. They have some great Husker memorabilia.
For fast food Arby’s is one of a few go to places
I tend to just eat the meat and leave the carbs behind.
The brisket isn’t terrible and I like the gyro ok
Much rather get these from a mom and pop bbq joint well off the beaten path but for a quick stop on the road its way better than the Golden Arches
Pulled up to the drive through: "Hi, welcome to Arby's, just so you know, we're out of roast beef". Uh.....
1 star for being out of roast beef. Bumped up to two starts because it was so comedic.
And all I wanted was some roast beef for my dogs who had been in the car for eight hours.
The food was cold, we had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get our food. It's a nightmare never going back to that Arby's they also took away there potato cakes away and that was so stupid on corporate.
I've been here many times over the years. The food and atmosphere are always great!
Recently I completed a mobile order and I accidentally sent the food there instead of the Arby's I was going to in another town. Their management was super understanding, polite, and helpful in fixing my mistake. Thanks so much!
We ordered the loaded fries and they gave them to us in a small sandwich box.. barely any fries for that cost. We also ordered chicken ranch wraps and they had a slice of hard American cheese on it and they were SMALL. They were cut in half, equalling about 3 bites for the whole wrap. The lady was super nice but we waited for quite a while to get our food.
Went here the other day and it wasn’t like other Arby’s. Tried again today and never this one again. Brisket was stuck together as of it was in the microwave to long. Cold fries. Lemonade was good.
