The food was probably the best I've had at Arby's. I used the mobile app to place an order and had four sliders, two small curly fries, and a six piece mozzarella stick. It took a few minutes to get the food, but it was worth it. The lobby wasn't too busy, so I wasn't sure what took so long. When I got the food, I knew exactly why! It was the freshest food I've ever had from a fast food place. So hot that I had to wait a few minutes to even take a bite. Very pleased with everything here. The crew here is obviously doing something right.
I just got back from having lunch here and had such a wonderful experience, I had to share it.
The person cooking my food accidently let it cook too long and it burned. They came out and apologized profusely, even though I wasn't upset and understood that these things happen. To make up for it, they generously offered to give me a second helping of my side item for free!
This may not seem like a big deal to some people but for me, this little act of kindness on their part shows me they care about customer satisfaction. They could have easily just let this slide but instead they acknowledged the mistake and did something to make up for it, even though I didn't expect anything. For me, that means a lot.
Very poor customer service. They only cared about the drive through. No one in line in the restaurant but us and had to wait quite some time to order. Acting manager had no clue as to what was going on but ticket times at drive through. This is a prime example as to why your eating area inside was empty. Customers that take the time to dine in are as important as those that are in the drive through.
This location needs help. Lots of help. Waited 10 minutes just to order. No one acknowledged us standing there. No customer service whatsoever. Anyone in management knows you ALWAYS handle customers in person before customers on the phone or drive-thru. Manager came up to the front but never spoke. Food took an additional 12 minutes. District/Regional Leadership is slacking with this location.
I've always liked Arbys...but I got a shock this past Friday..I drove by and ordered a regular roast beef and parked in the parking lot to eat..I had ate about half when I discovered something hard in my mouth..my first instinct was, a piece if glass...no , it was a penny..a nasty penny at that..I couldn't spit eneough after I realized what I had in my mouth..I took it in and the mgr gave me a refund..but had no idea how a penny was in the sandwich..this was such a gross experience..
It could have been very hazardous to a child..
The Morristown, Tennessee location on West Morris Blvd NEVER has cherry turnovers. I’ve ordered them over and over and they’re always out and then say it will be 30 minutes to make one. This is so ridiculous. It’s 7:00pm and they’ve already cleaned the appliance that makes them obviously. The owner needs to know this happens every single evening from 5:00pm forward.
I have a meat allergy and upon request the staff made sure to provide me with a delicious meal free of cross contamination to the meats I'm allergic to. Very appreciative of the great customer service.
Great place to get a good roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Yummy ????
