We have ordered a classic beef, smoked brisket, mozzarella sticks and a large fries. We waited 25 minutes but understood cause the store was new and busy. HOWEVER see photos what we got. Are you all kidding me? The cup of the large fries was full only half way, the mozzarella sticks were hard to bite like stones, and two burgers….(I have no words). I didn’t expect the same size burgers as show on the menu but expected more than this!!! It is not worth for what I paid $21.07. It is like a scam!!! While I like Arby’s I will never visit this particular store again.
The order taker was very nice and said they could make the turkey bacon ranch as a wrap! It tasted delicious and my husband enjoyed his bacon ranch burger as well! And we BOTH liked the curly fries!
This manager with the glasses is absolutely the most disrespectful person I've ever met. I ordered a large Greek gyro meal with curly fries, right? She first gets the fries wrong by giving me a medium regular fry. I ask politely if she could give me curly fries. She takes the fries and throws them in the trash in front of me. Regulations, I understand, but the whole vibe of it was disrespectful. She gives me a bag with a medium curly fries, upon further inspection, that's when I realized the fries were a medium. I asked her if they were medium to confirm, and she said that they were. She then again takes the fries and throws THEM away. Again, regulations, I understand, but you can feel the air getting hot with this lady. When it was all over, I go to eat them fries that I had to constantly get corrected, I took the first bite and about wanted to throw them at the lady, but didn't because that would be some sort of assault and I still have a clean record. I'll be darn if my first offence is throwing fries at this lady that at the moment I definitely felt like she deserved it. The fries were cooked way past their cook time. She's not paying attention to what she's doing at all and this needs to get sorted out quick. I'll go back in the near future to see if anything changes.
We placed our order. Waited over 20 minutes. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Burger undercooked and cheese looked like it was pulled from under something. After waiting 20 minutes told they would have to cook fresh fries. First time and last time eating there.
I’ve been twice, both times through the drive through. First time the fries were undercooked and the chicken sandwich had been under the heater for a while(not good). Second time I ordered the same exact meal(chicken) and got a plain roast beef sandwich. Lady was rude, took forever to get my food when there wasn’t even a line. It won’t stay in business with places like Canes and Chic fil a across the street with that kind of service. Waste of time and money.
I had started to come here frequently . I would first off like to say it was very disrespectful and rude for the two white managers with glasses standing outside talking about the employees. I had been in my truck for awhile with the windows down listening. As a business owner it is very unprofessional to down your employees especially where customers can hear, now I see why this restaurant has gone down. The manager with the glasses and curly hair always drops my fish hot(she wasn’t there today), my sandwiches were disgusting tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. I don’t get a greeting or smile.
The food less than met my expectations. I actually would have just gone somewhere else had I known Arby's was out of everything I wanted before I paid for my order. I wanted strawberry lemonade, of course they were out of the strawberry syrup. I ordered the burger. I specifically asked what came on it. The cashier/manager said burger sauce, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, cheese and pickle. I ordered it with no onion. I opened it up to find mayonnaise........nasty, nasty mayonnaise. I asked the cashier why. She turned and asked the guy for him to say that they were out of burger sauce. They remade it just to put onion on it the second time. I finally was able to get my burger slightly raw in the middle. I had to rush and eat at this point. I was so sad about the entire experience. I was late for my doctor's appointment because of the time spent in Arby's. The manager came to my table to bring me a card for a free meal. She should have refunded me for that one. The experience was so bad on my PTSD, I'm not sure when or if I will even return for the free meal. It was just an all around bad experience.
Girl took order, had to tell her 3 times that i wanted 2 meals, plus another sandwhich. She slapped my food on counter and walked off , never asked if i wanted sauce, i stood there for a couple minutes, getting ignored. Had to get sauce at the place you get straws and lids, the little paper serving cups was out, 4 was all they had. Food was ok, but service stunk.
