Was visiting NY for ten days & happened to stop by this Arby's - it's not often a fast food place has the ability to impress me but this one did. The store was immaculate and the food was good but what really exceeded any expectation was the service. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for my child and they were so kind. They earned a recommendation from me & I wish my local restaurants were more like this one!
Went for dinner since I was jonesing for some curly fries and a jamocha shake and needless to say, it was delish! Got the classic beef n' cheddar and classic French Dip & Swiss sandwiches. Both were tasty. Got some curly fries as well which is were seasoned well.
It's not at all a beef n cheddar. It's a No meat or cheddar. Also got an Italian Beef and the same thing no meat. When you get a customer who works in food industry. Remember all customers should be treated as farely as the others. No matter what the skin color is. Don't like color people here. It's a fact!
Was asked if I wanted Arby's sauce and I replied 2 please. Got all the way home and guess what? That's right, no Arby's sauce. The sandwich simply is not the same without the sauce. 2 stars!!
Ordered 5 of the New good burgers, curly fries, New strawberry shake. My Son was eating one of his burgers and came to show me the burger that is really disgusting how this burger was not done, the cook should have made sure it was done. Total order was almost $60.00. I was not happy at all.
Food was Good. Customer Service was Excellent. Happy Crew , makes a person want to return!
I paid $8 for a single half pound sandwich. The box, bun, and 3oz of meat combined don’t even weigh a half a pound…
First time trying the fish sandwich and it was fresh hot and fast service. I love how the greeters will refer something making us aware of any new things they may have. There always so pleasant. Glad this restaurant is not on tic Tok for the awful secrets they have in the kitchen. Arby's is the best place to eat at. My husband said he never had bad food and him and coworkers eat there every night before working. ????????????????
