Best WLM Reviews

I love me some Arby's and did an online app. Food was decent. However when I picked up my order I asked for sauce and the manager told me onlyb1 pack per sandwich. Really? I just spend almost $40 and I get 4
Horsey suaces? And no Arbys sauce? It's not like I waned 20 packs. Not happy one if the things I love about Arby's is tha Arby's and Horsey sauce
I used the drive thru to pick up my lunch. I ordered the deep fried turkey club sandwich. It was a little bit too salty for my taste, but had good flavor and over flowed the bun. Also got the pumpkin pie turnover, which was great.
Arbys may have the meat, but where is the other half of my bun?? Ordered a half pound combo thru the app get home ready to put the Arbys sauce on the bun and to my surprise there's no top bun.
Food hot and fresh curly fries. Gyro was good. Staff helpful and smiling. Dined in. Fast food.
Update:
Wife and I stopped after church on Sunday, 10/27/24, around 1:00 PM to eat in. Sorry to say, things have not improved since my last one star review. Cars were lined up at the drive through. A number of cars were in the parking lot. Went in behind another gentleman and discovered that only two or three folks were working the food prep and window. Evidently the gentleman ahead of me had heard that there would be a long wait. He was leaving. So, rather than wait for someone to come to the order register, we also left. It is a shame that this Arby's cannot find ample help for Sunday noon meals. I suspect that what they pay must be part of the problem. Culver's a couple blocks away has many young folks working. So, Culvers must be doing something different. We then went to the new Taco Bell. See my one star review for that. We ended up at McDonald's by 1:30 PM and got our inside dining meal immediately.
We have been long time customers of this Arby's on Sundays at 11:00 AM for eat in service. But, due to church service time change, we have come here at Noon the last two Sundays. A week ago we stopped in at noon. They were obviously short on staff. Someone took our order promptly, but it was 20 minutes before we got our order. Today, I stopped to pick up some food to take home. The line of cars was long, so I parked and went in to order food to go. I stood behind one lady at the order counter for 5 minutes before someone was told to handle the counter. A girl came and talked to the lady and said something about something being down. She then got some items and put them in a small bag and gave it to the woman. The girl then left and went back to stuffing bags, while I was still standing at the counter. I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged while the girl stuffed bags and never looked my way. That was enough. I walked out, drove to Subway and got a sandwich instantly and drove home. I will no longer go to this Arby's during the busy times. They obviously do not have enough workers on Sundays to provide adequate service to walk in customers during their busy time.
Hours stated online, on the doors and windows state they're open to 10:00pm. It's 9:31pm and they're closed. All the lights are on, and they answer the drive through but, say they're closed and won't take an order... Awesome...
I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The crinkle fries were old n hard and gave me less than a handful and was supposed to be a medium. I believe the chicken was old as well. It was a waste of $11. I will not be going back!
I went to get dinner being Friday I didn’t want to cook. All day I had been tasting the new bourbon bacon chicken sandwich & potato cakes. What a disappointment chicken overcooked and dry maybe a spoonful of sauce. $16.00 was the biggest waste of money.
