Do not stop here . Absolutely disgusted . Not only were the ice machines not working ,the condiments weren't working but they gave my 7 yr old rotten milk! Their customer service was also terrible! On our way to Cincinnati and I'm hoping my child doesn't start feeling sick with that disgusting milk he ingested!!
Everytime you go there the milkshake machine is not working or they are out of roast beef.. I went lastnight to see If I could get milkshake, no one even came on to take my order. Waited close to 15 minutes.. go inside to order, everyone on their phones. Looks like it is poorly managed and hired immature people. First step to improve, no one allow on the phone while on duty. Second fix your equipment. Third, order the right amount of supplies. Then teach your workers how to treat people.
Fast and easy. When you need a quick meal and you want something other then a hamburger Arby's has what your looking for. I personally enjoy the Smoked Brisket Sandwich. It's one of my favorites. They had clean restrooms and great attitudes. They they were friendly and welcoming.
This is the slowest Arby's I have ever been to. The only person I saw in the kitchen was crouched down texting. Then, when an older lady came out of the office, the food finally started to be made. To top it all off, the meat was still cold in the center. I would give it a 0/5 if I had the option.
I walked in and was there several minutes. The blonde at the front counter had her back turned and appeared to be talking on her phone with ear buds in. She never turned around, I wasn't greeted by anyone so I left.
Very friendly staff and quick service. I go to Arby's quite often when traveling for work and this was THE saltiest-tasting roast beef sandwich I ever had. The fries were fine but you could tell they were sitting for awhile since they were not busy.
I rarely eat "junk fast food" but wanted a treat. The fries were cooked in oil that was not hot enough so they were soggy with grease. I was really disappointed. The cheesy beef was meh. Not enough cheese to cover the whole bun / flavor the whole sandwich. My experience this time will lead me to further avoid this type of low quality fast food. If I try it again, it will be in 3+ years.
I was traveling and looking for a quick supper. I tried this Arby's and I was really disappointed. The counter person was a nice person, and she certainly did her job well, but the sandwich I was served was really bad. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and I was set for a nice crunchy spicy chunk of chicken between two buns. What I got was probably an OK piece of chicken, which was topped with their version of Buffalo Wing sauce. It also had some type of white sauce mixed in with it. There was not a discernible flavor to it. However, there was so much of the combined sauces that I was unable to pick up the sandwich and eat it. I finally threw the buns away, scraped off much of the sauce, got a plastic knife and fork frome the counter, and I was able to eat it, totally sans bun. Arby's might think they have the meats, but you couldn't prove it by this sandwich!
