The fries were fresh. Quick late lunch bite dine in. They were very busy with drive thru and took a few moments to get waited on but we were acknowledged immediately. The roast beef was good. The fish sandwich was warm crunchy and inviting.
I wish I can give this location 0 stars. the young crew that is working tonight was unprofessional and horrible. my friend was very disrespectful to the staff which I'm not excusing, however my food was messed up way before that and because my friend was being an jerk I had to suffer the derogatory remarks from this crew. I was threatened by this crew and I had nothing to do with the situation. My advice will be to have someone with a lil more life experience as a manager on duty because I wasted money on food improperly cooked and poorly served.
Very disappointed.
I used the drive thru to order food. To my disappointment, my drink was warm to the touch. I noticed almost no ice. My food tasted old, like it was on a warmer or maybe someone else's order that got cancelled. The clerk wasn't attentive to me and kept talking to her co-workers about a friend that just pulled up to the parking lot. Mentally they looked checked out and could careless about the quality of the service and food. I have been here many times before but this one experience will make it my last. Really disappointed.
Whoever the gentleman that worked the drive thru on 9/26 around lunch time with the blue contacts, is PHENOMENAL!! Such good customer service. The food is decent but the few times I’ve came he has been in the drive thru and been an absolute star ⭐️. He is the epitome of southern hospitality and excellent customer service!
The portions are very small. A large ???? is like a small one. Very disappointing. The food is good but you will have to wait for them to bring the food outside for you. It's fresh but you will be asked to move forward and part by the door.
Order was accurate, friendly staff, very clean!
I was hungry. Arby's was close enough. I like meat and Arby's has the meats. I ordered the Reuben on rye meal. Yeah, that was what I needed. Great sandwich. Thanks Arby's.
The food was fine, the cashier at 12:40 on 8/14/24 was very nice but her coworkers obviously were obviously frustrated with her and made that aware to everyone with how they treated her, it made everyone in the store just quit talking and pay attention to their issue. I felt bad for her they killed the environment and I definitely wasn't gonna eat in store after that.
