I'll start off by saying I love Arby's, I have not problems with the food. However this location was not it. Floors were gross and sticky, staff were on their phones when we came in, bathroom was gross and similar to the rest of the restaurant, it had sticky floors and the soda machine wasnt working very well
I ask for chicken sandwich and classic roast beef and they give me my food pretty quick. But the chicken sandwich look like it was sitting for a while.
Idk what kind of service this establishment thinks it is serving but this isn’t it. Food cost way too damn much for y’all to be playing with peoples money. Instead you want to serve me some reheated slop that god knows how long it’s been sitting out. Do better. Everytime we come to this damn Arby’s it’s something. You would think I would have learned my lesson instead of flirting with disaster just for convenience.

Super yummy!!
Went thru the drive thru and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home and opened it there was meat stuck to the bun like it had been sat on a messy counter. The meat was also mostly chunks of the end of a roast. They were dry, hard, and unedible. There was no one else in line or in the store so I don't know why my order looked like it was made of leftovers. The fries were barely warm and tasted stale and there was no dipping sauce for the Mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed.

Market Fresh Sandwiches!
Everything was good. Had coupons they honored without issue. I didn't eat here often because of stomach issues after eating many times in the past but it was tasty. No excessive time on the latrine after and the staff were very polite.
This is the 3rd time I've gotten food here and the 3rd time I've had my order screwed up and gotten dry roast beef thrown at me on a hastily slapped together sandwich that wasn't complete
They had my food out so fast I knew for a fact they hadn't done what I had asked for- which was extra cheese and salt.
Felt like the workers wanted me out of there asap with no care go their service quality.
