Still the best roast beef sandwich of all time. Always tastes delicious and made exactly like the first roast beef sandwich I had 35 years ago. Arby's rules. In addition, the turkey, ranch, bacon sandwich is stellar!! So damn delicious!????????. Also, they serve the absolute best curly fries I've ever had.
It's Arby's. The food and atmosphere should be no surprise. However, unlike many other fast food places in the area, it's never too busy and the staff are very polite and capable. The wait is never excessive, and my order has never been wrong. This is my go-to place for fast food in the area.
A big thanks to Kathy for going above and beyond for me. I ordered my meal for pickup at 8:40, then spent an agonizing amount of time stuck in the construction headache on I-25. As I poked along in traffic, I thought of my food sitting on the shelf getting colder and colder. A cold dinner would have put a big sucky bow on my evening. So when I walked into the restaurant at 9:10, I asked Kathy if she would remake all my hot food so I could at least have a decent dinner, and she did! No hassle, no further discussion. It really turned my night around and I appreciated it so much, especially since it was entirely not their problem and they were going to be eating the cost of my meal. Thank you so much, Kathy - I appreciate you!
This Arbys is so very clean and fun. Professional, but fun employess. I've never had a messed up order, never had to wait long. I hear the staff gets appreciation parties for holidays and everyone really enjoys it. The managers work their tails off to make this Arbys such a good experience!
Does this look appetizing to you? It doesn't to me. Does this look like the Buffalo Crispy Chicken Sandwich to you? It doesn't to me. I would always order this at other Arby's branches, and my order would always look exactly like the picture advertised. The wrapper covering my sandwhich was also covered with sauces, so who knows what kind of hygiene is being implemented. The drive-thru staff can also benefit on showing more friendliness or eagerness in doing what they do, instead of just handing me my order and closing the window. I was friendly from the order spot up to the window, so the least I should have gotten is a hi/hello. One can tell that this branch does not care about the quality of the food they serve, as well as the interactions they make. I have never had such a disappointing Arby's experience such as tonight's.
The store manager Krystal is the just a rude and nasty person I’ve ever encountered!! As a store manager you need to get your act togather and be better! You refused to fix the issue when our food was made wrong and it was the worst I’ve ever had!! You need learn to be respectful and learn to run a restaurant or step down !! You ain’t all that and this company should be embarrassed to have you as an employee!!!
Never got a cold meal from here. It's always Fresh and Hot. I remember when I use to clown Arby's because I never saw them with a lot of customers. But let me tell you, Arby's is delicious. I had their Beef N Cheddar sandwich along with the roast turkey ranch and bacon with a side of curly fries. Everything was on point and the customer service is always great as well. Try them if you ever get the chance. Take care.
