Not sure if something is wrong with the drive through speaker or what but I got something totally different from what I asked for. My order was not confirmed with me at the speaker or window, and I was not told my total until after I paid. This makes me feel like I HAVE to ask for my order to be repeated, or record my interactions, to get a basic meal.
The only positive aspect of this experience is that when I went inside to get it corrected, James handled the situation with care and professionalism. James was not the person who messed up my order, but they were quick to get the issues resolved.
I had a Brown Sugar BLT (minus the tomato) for the first time. It was FREAKING AMAZING!! Had a second one and got this! WHERE'S THE BROWN SUGAR?!! Didn't eat it. Took it back after work. Got another one that looked pretty much the same, but at least it had the sugar on it. If I knew who made the first one, that would be the only time I'd get it. And another thing, DO NOT HEAT COOKED BACON UP!! I had to bite down 3 times in the same spot just to for it break.
Love Arby's overall.
Tried the seasonal Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler sandwich. It was ok but a little underwhelming. Probably my first and last time for that one.
But guaranteed I'll be back for my favorites!
Went through the drive thru around 9:20 pm after making sure the resturant's hours are stated online to be 11pm .
The hag sadly employed by this establishment was rude from the very get-go with "Whats the order.."
After placing the first two menu items, (We are a family of three) when asked if we could add... the aforementioned resentful hag who hates her job, audibly, loudly exhaled with outright exasperation that we decided to eat at this location at 9 at night.
We can comment no further on the experience as we pulled out to avoid outright conflict.
Rest assured, we have already placed a request for contact on Arby's Corporate site and hope that along with this review, she is alleviated of her position, which she so obviously doesn't want.
Got a Hold LB Roast Beef and 2 kids meals. The roast beef was so old it was dried up around the edges. All 3 fries were cold and containers only half full. NOT worth the money. In the photo we did not remove any fries. That's how the container came out of the bag. I made sure to take all the fries that fell out in the bag and put them into the carton before I took the picture. Absolutely pitiful service.
This was the worst fast food experience ever. The food was disgustingly cold and the employees looked like they didn’t want to help or work. I hate wasting my money and time.
Great service and very friendly staff. Helped to make sure I saved money by buying sale items.
Worst excuse for a restaurant. I've ever been to in my life period I stopped in for lunch only to have the store manager running the front counter completely ignore me and act like I didn't even existperiod. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes with nobody taking my order. So I decided to leave period the whole time I was in there. The store manager that was operating the front counter refused to even recognize me and proceeded just to work only on drive through orders period I would suggest if you plan ongoing to this location to only go through the drive through but it would be best just to avoid it altogether.
