The manager was worried about the drive-through. Didn't welcome anyone in front of the store. Stood there for 7 minutes to place an order. With no one else in line. The manager and 4 employees walked past the register multiple times and did not say anything to us. After 7 minutes, someone comes to the register frustrated and asked what do we want. Told him my first item, tried to put it in, and started to walk away, I wasn't finished. I said I needed on more thing. Comes back frustrated. The store was dirty. Not even gonna get started on the food we received. It's just an overall bad experience.
Stopped in one evening for a sammich, was lucky enough to be helped by a young lady named Jada. This young lady came from making sandwiches, to take my order, then made my order then she served my order. All the time this pretty young lady washed her hands each move and wore gloves when making my food. The roast beef on my sandwich didn’t even have to be stacked and arranged appropriately. She made this sandwich perfectly and was quick with doing it all. Fresh food and curly fries topped it off.
She’s an amazing asset to the Arby’s team and every store needs at least one Jada, she’s a rockstar!! Thank you for a great meal and great experience!! Lake City Arby’s for the win!!
Price was good, but the sandwiches lacked the usual Arby’s flavors. The curly fries were the best part of our lunch. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean.
Was blatantly lied to by a worker there. I told her they were out of sweet tea in dining area so she went to back to see if they had some there then she said they were out there and proceeded to get unsweetened tea from tea urn in dining area and gave it to me like that and I didn't want unsweetened tea. I will never eat there again!
I mean I love Arby's so it's hard to go wrong. And this restaurant is another reason why. They were curious and helpful. The food was prepared fast and was hot. I wish all my fast food experiences were this good.
Just met the nicest manager ever... Edward! We had a small issue with our order and he bent over backwards to ensure we were happy. You could tell he genuinely cared. Such a breath of fresh air from what today's norm is.
Do not get the bbq hamburger meal. Hard and I don't know what that was cold and fries cold. Only thing good was the fountain drinks.
Never eat there again! The manager was very chatty, my order was wrong! Twice to be exact!
