The place was terrible. They lied about our order. We asked if cheese and sauce was in the order. The idiot replied "yes" we thank him and left. When we returned home NO cheese or sauce. Plus the curly fries were stale like they were sitting for over an hour. The place wasn't very busy at 5:00pm guess I know why.

Well I talked to a district manager and she apologize. Explained the location of the French fries were under a vent. Promise us a redo just go back and we'll take care of you.
So we called a few days later and the manager didn't know the lady and said we'll call you back...NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.
Now I'm really disappointed and will never go back.
Well I had the Wagyu burger twice today… The first time and the last time. It looks great on TV and on paper, but it was totally unremarkable. The secret sauce doesn’t compare to anything I’ve had before. The meat was fully cooked but had no flavor at all. I liked Burger King’s Impossible Whopper better and I hated that! This will not age well at all. This burger is overpriced and the advertisements are overblown. I will not have another one. Arby’s should stick to roast beef and leave the burgers to the experts.

We try not to eat fast food too often, but for consistency, fast & friendly service we can recommend the Arby's on Hardy/98 for inside or drive through service.
Terrible. Got home and saw the Six piece buffalo chicken meal that was over 8$ was just pieces from the bottom if the bag. Quarter sized. Called and reported most pieces were no bigger than a quarter and was told "That's how we get them so that's how we give them," . No attempt to offer any help ir return etc. I said I would show this on their reviews, "Oh well" she said. I'll never go to this Arby's again
Meat was dry and nasty. Bun was soggy. Got food poisoning. Will never eat there again. Paid for food I only took two bite off. Would you eat this. No!
I was craving a classic roast beef sandwich, actually 2 CRB sandwiches. I knew Arbys didn’t close till 11, so after a quick run to Walmart which my receipt stated I checked out at 10:21pm I headed over to Arbys (0.9 miles away/ 3 minute drive) and the lights were on in the dining room and kitchen, they appear to be open but after sitting at the speaker for about 3-4 minutes without a greeting (I called the store while sitting there 3 times and no one answered) I drove to the window. All the lights had been turned off and although 3 vehicles in parking lot (assuming employees ) there was not an employee in sight. While I took pictures, another customer pulled up and waited at the speaker. He was very agitated as well that the store was closed. If your sign says open until 11, you should be. AND ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Missed many opportunities to make money because every fast food place open had a line wrapped around the building. Bad business Arbys!
Placed an online order and was told would be ready at a specific time, I got there at that time and they hadn’t even started on it. Stood there for a half an hour waiting on food and they weren’t even busy. When I got home to open up our food it wasn’t even prepared correctly! So I go back because I paid extra for cheese and the first thing that was said to me when I walked in the door was “it’s not right is it”. They take my food to the back and come back to the front after a couple minutes and hand me the same bag and was told we added the cheese to them. So now we have cold fries, cold sandwiches, the staff doesn’t get in a hurry about anything. I watched the woman at the front stand around complaining about how much time she had till she got off. This place is a joke!
Was told their system was down and as I’m cancelling the order in the parking lot they gather a crowd. But didn’t turn them away. Confused.
