This was what they consider a “large” fries- it was the fullest of the two. They made me wait “by the red fence” because the fries weren’t done yet, but when we finally got them they were barely lukewarm. Crappy place.
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of regular roast beef sandwiches and a couple of chicken sandwiches. They pulled me forward in order to cook the chicken. I knew this when ordering because they told me as I ordered it would be a 5 minute wait to cook the chicken. So here is where it makes me laugh! I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. When I received my order, one chicken sandwich was so hot it would have burnt your mouth. The other was warm at best! Come on, guys, a little common sense here. If you're going to pull a car to wait on 1 fresh chicken, why not give them 2 fresh chicken? Also, there are so many packets of sauce, I think the sauce packets weighed more than the 4 sandwiches. SMH
I don’t order from this store very often but when I do I swear they get it wrong every time, ordered a French dip sandwich tonight for the wife. No french dip? Just the sandwich? I even added a bunch of sauce onto our order to get none, so first we get a busted “French dip sandwich” with no French dip then they didn’t even put the sauce in the bag to try to make the sandwich not as dry as Death Valley. Disgrace of a store and this is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time I’ve had problems with orders from here. I guess shame on me for trying again.
They close at 12:00 but out of roast beef at 10:20 had to go to Carl's Jr to get food of course corporate doesn't care about a fan at 49 years old and remember Arby's since I was like 5 years old
Literally got told at the Taylorsville Utah location that they’re out of roast beef. How in the world?? 7:30 pm on 11-27-224. Nice managing
This is definitely one of the nicest Arby's I've been to. Very clean, comfortable seating, helpful staff. I will certainly be coming here again.
I was waiting in the Drive-Thru for my order a car in front of me gets their stuff. And flags down and an employee or manager whoever it was. And sits there and talk to them for over 10 minutes. This is not right at all and if you want to talk to somebody go have them Park in a parking spot in the parking lot. Do not talk to them when you know we have an order behind them.
I stopped for a quick bite and to try their new gyro. The food was ok, but they have taken a decent effort on improving the place. Clean tables and restrooms, modern and improved decorations plus a friendly service and attention to detail, gets them 4 stars.
