This location is usually serves fresh food but today I got some chicken nuggets that had been sitting so long they were rocks!!! It wouldn’t have been so bad had I not had to pull up to wait for food & they bring that out. Some dude was in there goofing off so I’ll probably only go here if the older women are there.
Y'all need to thank me if you just ordered that Big Cheesy Burger. It was a promo for short periods about every six months, and after endless calls to the corporate office to beg them to make it a regular feature, they caved in. This burger is sort of a perfect balancing act, and in a lot of ways better than more expensive burgers in full-service restaurants. That brioche stays in perfect shape (not like a mushy flying saucer of a whopper. The bacon and veggies are crispy and generous. The cheese is a higher quality than the velveeta goo at other fast food places. The burger is plump and even slightly pink on the inside. Juicy goodness. Thanks, Arby's!
I was the only car in the drive through and was told to pull up while my food was cooked, mind you inside the restaurant was empty and it took 10 minutes for my food to come out. First time, last time.
I'm convinced this is the best fast food place in metro Atlanta. The staff is always friendly, patient, kind, and seems to genuinely care. They don't make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. They don't even make me pull my car away from the drive thru when my order will take a while to cook. So many OTHER fast food places have staff that lie and say they're closed when they're not or say they're out of items they don't want to make but I've NEVER had those issues with this location. They always take care of me and it's worth going out of my way to be sure I'll get good food and good service.
The wrap should be wrapped tighter. There were times I bit into just toppings. Also the wrap comes with 2 thin chicken strips in a burrito sized tortilla with lettuce, 2 tomato slices, onion and buffalo sauce. (I had a Buffalo chicken wrap combo). My suggestion, it definitely needs chicken to fill in all the extra space in the wrap and it should be wrapped tighter. Adding the chicken should solve it though. Fries were perfect.
They had to move all the drive thru customers forward while waiting on the food to finish cooking. But the deep fried turkey gobbler sandwich was good.
Newly remodeled and looks great. However, there's a new crew, and unlike the old one, they aren't as concerned with service or hospitality. They shorted our order and acted like we were inconveniencing them to get the food we'd paid for. The soft drinks are also not dispensing correctly. All of them tasted "off." They cooked our cheese sticks so long that all that was left was the breading. Neither table we were at was assembled correctly, either. The top was loose on one, and the other's legs were crooked. We love Arby's, and the remodeled store looks great, but if visits continue like this one, we'll be going elsewhere.
I'm so over it & disappointed in Arbys. They took away the Potatoe Cakes everywhere. What's the problem??? Had my ???? ????set & it's Gone????????. bring it back Arby's. I can't be the only person to feel this way. ????????????????. My day wasn't already going great then this????????. Curly fries, NO SUBSTITUTE
