On Monday, October 21 at 9:30 p.m., during an almost 900-mile road trip, I stopped at Arby's feeling extremely tired and hungry. It was late and I typically worry about the service near closing time. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with manners and a smile by a courteous employee. The food I received was fresh, hot, and delicious, indicating that it was prepared by someone who truly cared about their work. I wanted to thank Arby's for the positive experience and hope that the employee who provided such exceptional service will be told how much I appreciate them.
My go-to for something different from other fast foods. Vet discounts, friendly staff, hot and fresh food. Orders are always accurate. Love the seasonal shakes. Food was good. Staffing is an issue everywhere and so tough to find good CRM or happy people... Hurts otherwise good businesses.
Got the Club Wrap, it wasnt a club wrap at all....
The wrap had so much Honey Mustard in it, 2 pieces of chicken, 1 tomatoe and No Bacon or shredded cheese. It was the most pitiful wrap I ever ate.
Clean restroom. Friendly staff. Quick service and the food was great. There were nice Halloween decorations up which shows me that management pays attention to details and cares.
The person at the front handling the food looked super unhygienic. So bad that I could not order for fear they would touch my food. My wife and I found a different fast food place. Do better Arbys
The food is good but their jamocha shake taste like a vanilla shake if you want a jamocha shake go to the Arby's on Walnut bottom
I don’t know if it’s the product or them not cooking the food all the way but it’s disgusting. Rubbery chicken I can’t bite into or even tear. Customer service helps when called , but it’s not edible and safe. Spent money on food I wasn’t able to eat is always bad .
Roast beef is great but twice they forget to put the fries in with the order at the drive thru. Otherwise food is good but check your order.
