We are so glad that Arby's has come to our home town! We have just discovered it after trying it 30 years ago. We got sick after eating the food and just couldn't bring ourselves to try it again. Now that we have started eating at Arby's, we're finding that it's one of our favorite places to eat ????. The beef and cheddar, or the plain roast beef are both very good sandwiches and filling. I like that the meat is tender and not greasy!
Had several things on our order that were served to us cold. Had 2 orders of curly fries 1 was cold 1 was hot straight from the fryer. Had 2 6pc orders of mozzarella sticks 1 was cold and dripping in oil the other was hot straight from the fryer. Employees obviously don't care about customers. They can't even get the name Nathan correct when taking an order... it's always entered as Eva or Ava, which sounds nothing like Nathan! Will not return to this location.
Slow service. Wrong or missing items at the drive through. Love the roast beef but this location needs some better managing.

Did receive a follow up call from Arby’s HQ regarding this review. Nice to see the concern. Was given a coupon for 2 free sandwiches. You be the judge.
Best burgers here in Murray. Dare I say one of the best fast foods that always serves it hot and fresh. I was craving burgers, so I ordered one from here, and it was excellent. Well done, and thank you ^^
The food was good but customer service wasn't the greatest and we was waiting in the drive through well over 30mins and they were outta roast beef
As I was walking in a lady told me good luck on getting waited on she was not joking 10 mins later and then it took another 20 mins on my food worst arbys experience of my life
Cashier was friendly. The floors were terribly sticky. Drink area was a wet mess & desperately needed to be restocked. Roast beef and cheddar was not good. The meat was red & looked undercooked. I will not return to this particular location.
Was pretty decent for Arby's. Service was a tad slow, but there was only two guys working when we walked in. Was very surprised to hear explicit language on the radio.
