This is the 1st time I’ve stopped in at Brainerd Rd Arby’s in awhile. I was blown away! The restaurant was super clean, the staff knowledgeable and respectful, and most importantly… my order was correct, the service was very fast and the food was excellent!! The Mgr, Mr. McNealy even took the time to explain to one of my sons how they made the strawberry lemonade! I’m glad to recommend eating at this establishment!
Stopped here to eat tonight with my family and stood at the register for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I watched 3 employees walk around and sip on their drinks. They were amazing at not making eye contact. We eventually gave up and left. I feel bad for whoever owns this store.
Standing there. Being asked have you been helped I said not yet. They call someone up there. The lady not busy at all. Says oh I ll be right with you. So I just walked out. Then she have the nerve to chase me out to the parking lot to take my order. No thanks. I'll take my business somewhere else.i really don't understand making me wait. When their literally not doing anything. If your at work , then work. Very simple. Do better Arby's.
My food has always been hot, and there's never been an issue. I love these people, they have good souls.
This location had us go around the front and park in a spot for over 15 min because we'll I don't know there were no other cars behind us at the time and I guess it was because it took 15 min to see e the food and it was still missing items had to go back through the drive through to get them and the food was kinda just eh anyway. I called back to report my service and instead of giving service after the fact the only question was did I still have my receipt. No sir but I can tell you exact time of visit and exact order and now I just want my money back yuk on food and yuk on service still didn't go get the money let's see how that goes
Milkshakes are good . ordered a fish sandwich on that Hawaiian bread got cheddar cheese slice on it which was old and hard i wont be back. Where is american cheese? They were busy but if i waited patiently my fish should of been five star.
Amazing fast service and delicious food defiwill be back. Wife had the new Wagyu burger it was very juicy and flavorful!
Food was too cold. Sandwich was soggy. Service was slow but friendly.
