I went to this Arby’s Wed night and was very hungry. I usually get great service and food. I ordered the Classic roastbeef combo for $8.99 the window attendant tried to charge me over $12 but I knew tax wasn’t that much, she fixed the error. I hit the interstate and started eating to find that I may have had 5 curly fries or less. I was upset but didn’t want to turn around and go back. Picture attached. I felt cheated I expected a full container of fries for the price and they weren’t in the bottom of the bag.????
I got the market fresh sandwiches all the time. They are all really good. O
I had placed an app order and showed up about 2 minutes later. I saw they had the cremecycle shake, so I went inside to pick up my order and order a shake. They told me it would be about 5 minutes before my order was ready, and if I didn't mind waiting for a total of 6 minutes, I would be able to get my shake at happy hour pricing. It was only a .50 difference. She made my shake as my food was being finished, and at exactly 2pm, she rang my shake up and was out the door.
To me, that was awesome because i didn't know anything about happy hour, and she definitely didn't have to do that.

The smokehouse brisket was great, but they forgot the Bronco berry sauce for the poppers I'm not mad, though things happen, as for the atmosphere, the dining room was closed so I wouldn't know
My actually took me the service was good quick and efficient the staff very polite was pleasantly surprised got home the food was hot and very well prepared
The staff is friendly, and we like visiting with them We try to stop here every time we come through.
The food was terrible. The staff was excellent.
