The lady at the register at 50W location, my receipt says Vivianna, was so kind to every person! She did friendly small talk and helped everyone during the busy lunch time with a welcoming presence! Got it and it was cold. Added sauce that I didn't ask for in the sandwiches. 2⭐⭐ cause the chicken sandwiches were hot and decent and the
mac n cheese bites we not terrible.
My dad and I decided to eat Arbys for lunch today; before we hit the highway to head back to Denver. We went in the drive thru and I had a hard time figuring out what to get and of course my dad knew actually what he wanted. I usually have a hard time going through fast food drive thru’s because I’m very indecisive and they rush me. NOT HERE! The young lady helped me decide on the 2for6 fish and cheddar! She was very patient and so polite. We went to the window and Dyre (young lady who took my order) greeted us so politely even though she was going back and forth talking to us and taking the order behind us. She talked to us and made sure we had our sauces that were necessary for our food options. The place looked busy and I saw workers working very hard here. I will be back soon with my dad!!!

Drive thru staff was amazing. I love that they don't need to park their customers everytime the enter the drive thru and never have a stream of homeless people outside of the place like place next door. The food is always fresh and never cold. And again the staff are always friendly and never rush you or treat you rude. I love the curly fries and icecreams.
There needs to be an option for NO stars. I am nottttt picky. I’m not pretentious. I’m kind to all service industry. Very kind. So I order my food and get back to my hotel room. I ordered the Greek gyro. Got to my room and it was something else. Pictures below. I drove back to the store and she was kind to start. She brought out another bag, handed it to me, rolled her eyes and acted snotty. So I asked her if she rolled her eyes, I said “the mixup wasn’t my error, why the eye roll?” She said “I didn’t roll my eyes” again… snotty. I said “that’s ok, I’ll be calling”. She said “fine, call” Anyone that reads my reviews knows how absolutely fair I am. Out of all Pueblo, I chose your store for my lunch … and I get treated like this for your error? I wasn’t ugly, I just wanted what I ordered. I didn’t drive up with an attitude. I was very gracious until the eye roll and snotty attitude. The gyro she brought out looks like it was thrown against a wall. Picture of the “sandwich” that I was given in error and then the gyro I got after I went back. Really?
Ordered online and the drive thru cashier was RUDE & curt. food was prepared correctly, drink was ordered with no ice...it came with ice. Arby's sauce was ordered and asked for at the window but despite the cashier's eye roll it still wasn't in the bag.
We are senior citizens and had dinner at this store. Upon exiting this store, we took just a moment to rearrange a glass item in our trucks back seat. Within that time we were PROFILED and HARRASED by thier contract security. He looked at our older vehicle and seen us dressed in old casual clothes, he then came up to us and immediatly accused us of loitering and we should leave. All this while we were standing there with our Arbys drinks. We are highly offended by this and feel we are no longer welcome in this store.
Went inside to eat....lobby is always empty but drive thru is packed but the food was ready in like 3 min.....talk about fast. It's always good here
