Horrible. Beef was tough and grizzly. I ordered a cherry turnover and got apple. Diedre keyed in apple too. Dislike apple turnovers. Place was dark at 830 and I actually thought they were closed but I was in turning lane. Surprised they actually were open. This was the worst Arby's food I have ever eaten. I'm still hungry :(
This was probably the slowest Arby's I've been to down here. Myself and 3 other guests waited in line for at least 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged our presence, and none of us got so much as a "sorry for the wait". The cashier had as much enthusiasm as a blank coffee mug. When I did however finally get my good, it was at least hot and fresh, and tasted great, so there's that.
Placed an online order. Walked in to pick it up. There were only two employees working. They had great attitudes and were holding it down.
I ordered two chicken sliders and when i got them there was a little tiny nugget on one and a slightly bigger one on the other. i ordered this same thing a couple weeks ago and it was a normal tender in the slider but this time i am very not happy. The chicken is also slightly burnt.
I went through the drive thru and they didn’t have any crinkle fries or hamburgers. I couldn’t get what I went there for. This is not the first time this has happened. Then, I was stuck in the drive thru and couldn’t get out until all the other cars went through and paid.
It says they open at 10: 00am it lies. They may open at 10:00 but they don't start working until 10:30 at the earliest. The past three times I've been here around 10:15. The doors are locked and the drive-thru is closed. When you go up to the window no one's there and they don't start actually filtering in until it's 10:10
Just left this Arby's and told myself I WILL write a review when I get home.The time was 1:41 PM. Walked in to a mostly empty place except two people eating.Stood at the counter and was ignored for a good amount of time,worker Isreal was working the drive thru.I said in a normal voice,is anyone here? Isreal walks over and tells me that I need to have more patience and he's the only one taking orders and again tells me I need to have more patience..I can see someone saying that if I had a bad attitude but I do not act like that.I think he wanted to start an argument with me and was showing off but I didn't give him the satisfaction.He gets to the register and says "OK talk to me".His attitude was completely uncalled for and it felt very racial. I should have left but was hungry for an Arby's sandwich. Some places treat you badly so you won't come back and it worked ,I will no longer stop here.
PS: Cold fries and a sloppy sandwich.
Clean. Friendly service. Food came fast and hot. Pleasant lunch experience.
