I normally don't complain about food or service but I am today. The curly fries were cold like they have been sitting and the beef n cheddar was cold I added a cup of cheese and it did not matter. Called the location the first thing the manager said to me is this is not the location by white castle. I told her I know that and I know what store I called. Yes I am upset about my experience is because I have been craving arbys and when I finally get it it was horrible. Cashier did not smile or greet but at 12:30 pm food should be hot or anytime.
Every time I go to this location, I ask for “a handful of Arby’s sauces” or more than a few, and they never give me more than three or four. It doesn’t seem to matter how much food I order. I told them, like I do every time I put Arby’s sauce on my fries and my sandwiches. Yet they still feel like it’s good customer service to just give somebody two or three when they clearly asked for more. Unless this person’s hand is the size of a Barbie doll’s, that was NOT a handful of sauces. It’s old at this point. I’m starting to wonder if you guys bonus your employees off how many sauce packets are left at the end of the month. Is that true?
We got my husband a regular roast beef, 2 potato cakes and asked for a large cup of ice but got a small. The worker was annoyed about asking why we got a small cup. She was more annoyed when we asked for an additional small cup. We had to ask for napkins because there were none in the bag. Also we asked for Arby's sauce which we thought were in there but discovered later we did not get any. The meat was not warm and had a not great taste. We are visiting here from Missouri to see family which we do a few times a year but won't come back to this location.
The round, older white woman is so rude. I prayed for her because life must be kicking her butt. The time I came before today I let it slide. People have bad days. She was an example of terrible service today as well. Made one young man before me walk out .

They hired Too Ghetto and the sandwich wasn’t made right. Watered down sauce and over heated cookie. I didn’t eat nothing. The cookie was hard as a brick when I got to where I got and the sandwich smelled bad as if they did something to it. Sauce isn’t supposed to look watered down. It was just mainly meat and bread. Ordered Drive thru July 12, 2024 at 320 pm.
Food and service was good. Hot and timely served. Drive thru worker was patient and professional.
Entrance in/out was difficult to access but not terribly
I picked up a doordash order from here and it was absolutely ridiculous. Pulled into the drive-thru and wait 2 minutes at least before I said hello quietly, not sure whether or not they were open. Because I want to go inside to pick the order up and the doors were locked. It was about 9:20 pm. The response I received was a loud almost yell "BE WITH YOU IN A MOMENT" after which I proceeded to wait about another 5 or 6 minutes before someone finally barked "go ahead with your order." I was told to come to the window where I had to wait even longer. Pick up was supposed to be at 9:22. I did not make it to my customer (5 minutes away) until 9:45. I've no idea what happened but I feel like the service tonight was atrocious and I'm hopeful that I won't be in trouble with door dash for being so late.
PERFECT
Online pickup ordered two French dip sandwich large meals, a 6 piece mozzarella stick and half pound roast beef sandwich. I walked into pick up to an impressively clean restaurant at 7pm on a weekend. I was greeted instantly which also was impressive. Coke and DR. Pepper drinks were marked on the buttons of lids. Perfect portions on sandwiches.
We'll be back. Thank you Arby's staff our meal was on point.
