The food here was great as always. I love how accommodating this location always is. My crew likes to change stuff up a lot so it's nice. We also order a lot and these guys never complain. I know it sounds like no place should but there are places in town that happens. The food is always hot and fresh. There's plenty of parking. You just have to watch when you get close. It's in a pretty packed area which makes it very easy to pass. Hard to find an Arby's in our this area so make sure to stop by and give this place some business. We don't want to lose one of the few around.
Ordered a sandwich, got home opened it. No top bun....like, really? Mozzarella sticks also burnt up and tough.
Very pleasant staff, food was fresh and exactly what you expect of an Arby's. The only real negatives were the bathroom needed some attention and virtually every sauce was empty. The staff mitigated the sauce outage by providing packets of sauce.
The double roast beef was great! The only problem is they have not had horsey sauce the last two times I’ve been there. Which is a month between. I’m not impressed with the management ordering condiments.what is the problem??
I have been coming to this Arbry’s for years. I must say the last 3 visits, 2 were unpleasant, rude staff and food poisoning. However the last visit of last week was wonderful. I have never seen the restaurant so damn clean. Lex whom came from GA is doing an amazing job. Very much on point for health and customer service. I can’t attest for her management skills, however if the cleanest of the restaurant is of any indication of her leadership skills. We will be having an excellent Arby’s in town. Welcome to Tallahassee Lex!
The reubber sandwich is very disappointing. Meat is pink with no corned beef flavor. I thought it was fake meat. Two dabs of saurkraut would fit on a dime. Very little Swiss cheese. I ate less than half before talking to the manager who offered a replacement but the meat would be the same, so I chose a refund. I would suggest you buy a Reuben from Culvers and copy that.
Employees tried to give me a disgustingly/comically thick cut regular roast beef sandwich. When we tried to tell employees, manager wanted to see the other sandwich we ordered (sliced normal) and stared at the menu board. She then asked, ‘What do you want me to do?’ No quality control, lack of professionalism from manager, and the roast beef was a lot pinker than normal. Will not be back.
I love my Arby's but this has been the 3rd time I have came to this particular location and they are never open the time that they advertise on Google which is 9am they always end up opening 30 to 45 min after to me this is bad customer service and I'm big on great customer service if y'all not gone open the time that it says your supposed to open then change the time to a time that you can commit too
