I drive past other Arby’s to get to this one. Always super nice here, employees (Hayden was super nice at the register) and atmosphere. Plus super clean.
If you are charging your Tesla walk a few feet over to Arby’s and get a sandwich
Please staff your restaurant properly. There was one poor woman doing both drive through and front line at 1230 on a Tuesday. The line of cars behind me just kept getting longer. I think I saw one other employee trying to bag food and make sandwiches, they both looked stressed. It took 5 minutes just to order. And another 10-15 to wait for food. We were missing some fried products, and a drink, but I actually felt bad asking more of the employees who were clearly pressed beyond their abilities. I see this location is hiring, but maybe they should not be open if there is not enough employees.
Friendly customers service for being fast food. This location's employees provide great customer service. Drive-Through gave us time to look at the menu and the order was not like other places trying to rush you or be rude. Food was made correct and was delicious we ordered 2 beef and cheddar classic, and one double, curly fries and jalapeño bites with bronco sauce. Thank you for the great drive-through experience. Views are nice here.
So I have been craving a French dip sandwich for a few weeks now and tried to get one 2 weeks ago at the north ogden location, and apparently they were out of beef? ????♀️ they also didn't give us 4 out of the 5 orders of fries we were supposed to get. So I try again tonight at this location and I ordered food for my whole family and took it home to eat with them. Taking the sandwiches out of the bags was kinda messy because for some reason there was grease over the wrapping on all of them. Then I open my box expecting to find my French dip I have wanted and find a few pieces of parchment paper packed with around 30-40 pieces of bacon. No bread. No cheese. Just bacon. Does the attached picture look like a French dip to you? I understand that mistakes can be made with orders such as sizes of drinks and fries or even curly fries with homestyle fries. But how do you confuse a French dip sandwich with a big, greasy pile of bacon? That's strike 2 for Arby's with me. One more chance and if they blow it again I'm done with them.

Your employee Candace B. tonight served me and my family tonight with such respect. She was so kind and even INSISTED that she pay for my meal because I was in my first responder uniform. It had been a particularly hard shift and she didn't know how much that meant. Thank you Candace for your kind words, your service and dinner. She assured me that this was the high standard service set by this establishment and she lived up to it.
So we stopped for a late night meal tonight after an event and was served by the cutest, most friendly employee named Charleen. She was so friendly to us and was more personable than any other person I have ever encountered in a customer service situation. What a gem of an employee you have. Thanks Charleen, it was nice to meet you tonight!
How are you getting new reviews when you have been closed for the past like 6 months. Update your hours because it sucks driving 15+ min. to a place that is clearly not open ????

Update to my review, This is hands down the best location I have ever visited. Food is fresh, staff is amazing! If they get your order wrong, which is rare, they are amazing at making it right. The only time I have seen someone have a bad experience here is when they are just being unreasonable in their behavior or expectations.
