Why 5 stars? Why not? Service was friendly and fast. Husband got potato cakes instead of fries with his Arby’s Classic combo, which is impossible at our local Arby’s. So he was very happy with his hot, delicious meal. I got the Pecan, Chicken salad sandwich on toasted bread, and I was satisfied with my sandwich, too.
We ate in the dining area - clean and bright - and relaxed on our road trip. That was nice. So this Arby’s, inside a Pilot Gas Station, gets 5 stars!
Fries are always burnt, they mess up something on every order. Most employees are rude and do not know the menu so they make sandwiches incorrectly. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
Only one employee was nice friendly and helpful I think her name was Brenda. The other employees were belittling her and being very rude and obnoxious and very mean. She however was refreshing and didn't deserve the way they were treating her.
Horrible service and food i know who hired those guys
Super long wait for my grilled chicken sandwich. The bun wasn’t toasted. They did have horsey sauce and hot pepper sauce, so that gotem back one star. See pics. Free WiFi was sus.
Served old food. The bread was old and dry. The order of fries were all stuck together and cold. Don’t spend your hard earned money here, the food isn’t worth it!
I oder night time 11:05pm but I scanned my rewards card employe first time says nothing point in your card but i open my app my app showing 500 something points but employe we don’t take my pilot points she is very rude employe name Ashely. I told i talk to manager He says I’m manager this store but right now I’m but Red Bull at store over there my rewards points working. Employe his tell a lie this is wrong ???? I’m not coming back this store.
This place is absolutely terrible. To top it off they want to argue with you after spending 60$ on 3 meals at least you could expect to get what you ordered. Then when you tell them you didn’t get what you ordered the manager had the nerve to argue that we did. I told them it was cold and asked for a remake and they microwaved it and slipped some sauce on it and threw it back in the bag. My chicken strips were more like old hard chicken nuggets as they were short in stature and could be considered more like a chicken knuckle. Terrible service, expensive, and they can’t get your order right to save their lives. They could do better with a management change
