Best WLM Reviews

My husband and I go to Arby's maybe once a month mostly because the prices are kind of high. Recently, we went and tried the fried turkey sandwich, and we got a free French dip sandwich with it. Honestly, I prefer the French dip over the fried turkey. The fried turkey was good but kind of bland. The place is always clean and the staff are very nice. Just wish we got more deals on their app.
The worst dining experience in the Pettis County and Johnson County area. The team members absolutely do not care about you what so ever. As a matter of fact they actively make you feel unwanted so you don't come back. The hygiene is god awful too. People running their hands through their hair, picking their nose, pitting their fingers in other employees ears, touching their cell phones while on the line. I even witnesses an employee come out of the stall while I was in their and say "Sorry for the stink" laugh and then leave without washing his hands. It seems extremely mismanaged and I smelled and saw employees one time at night smoking a joint. Don't know what is wrong with this place but it needs to not be there anymore.
I was there Sunday afternoon. Only 2 people working. Guy making sandwiches was in slow motion. This left one girl to cook the fries and stuff, wait the counter, and the drive through. She was irritated. People left because they weren’t getting waited on. Drive through was backed up 3 deep. My bacon cheeseburger lacked the bacon. The hamburger was overcooked and the lettuce was yellow.
I really only gave it a star because I had to. I won't be back, and probably not to the chain itself again. Food was gross, my daughter overheard the staff making fun of our order (it really wasn't that strange) and one of the staff said "I know them, go ahead and put it on there" referring to an item we had requested be left off. And they did, in fact, put it on despite us requesting otherwise. Regardless of whether they knew us (I can say with 99.9% certainty that they didn't as we don't live in this town), they have no idea of food allergies that might exist and should not be messing with any customer's food order.
Ordered a roast beef sandwich and a lemonade. Was told they don’t do refills on lemonade. Google says otherwise. Told them that. The cashier says they can’t. $4 for a non-refillable lemonade. Not again. I’ll go to Sonic. I recommend everyone else do the same.
Update: Still a great location and the hard work of the employees is appreciated!
We hadn't eaten here for a few years and we couldn't have been more impressed with everything on this first visit back.
The young woman who greeted us at the cash register was both professional and enthusiastic. The restaurant was perfectly clean.
The food was served quickly and was of the highest quality. I only wish we had come back sooner and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!
Update: We ate here again today and it was another perfect experience. Quality food served fast in a perfectly clean restaurant. This location should be a model for how all other locations are ran. The person working the front register, who may have been the manager, told us thanks and to have a good day on our way out the door.
In this day and age, I can't even remember the last time an employee at an eating establishment anywhere said something like that to us on the way out the door, and it was nice and memorable.
Food is good and service isn't bad, but fourth time I've gotten the French dip sandwich and forgot the sauce to go with it. Half the time is not cut which doesn't really matter, but what makes the sandwich is the dipping sauce. Just getting old when it's in a large fountain dispenser.
The food is good but not always fresh. There has been several times I've gotten sour tea. And cold fries.
