After not coming here for 2 years we thought we would give them another chance. We ordered 2 big cheesy bacon burger meals with curly fries about $35.00. The cashier Veronica was very very nice. The food was outstanding and surpassed our expectations. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. After so many terrible visits in the past this was a wonderful experience.
We were served food that no person should be served at the drive thru (see photo) and received terrible customer service when we wanted to return the food. They made us stand there for 20 minutes while the person called their boss on the phone to figure out how to return money on the cash app debit card, refusing to give cash back instead. The place smelled bad when we went inside like old grease which validated my belief that the food was cooked in old dirty grease. The mozzarella sticks were cracked and the crinkle fries were brown and tasted bad. They also never too any responsible for putting that in my sandwich. They stated they “said this was in their sandwich”. The woman who helped us was nice but had no power to make decisions and the other employee was afraid of getting in trouble if the cash came out of their till. I feel sick after eating the portion of the sandwich I did and will be reporting this to the health department.
I come here all the time. Because I love Arby’s but everytime they always get something wrong. Even when ordering online. I grabbed my food and asked for Arby’s sauce he said “it’s in the bag” and of course it wasn’t when I got home. Also the large fries are a scam it’s literally a small size I just feel like I waste money and usually the women in there are rude if you don’t like your job don’t do it.
Ok I was a regular customer of Arby's, for many years I ate 2 to 3 times a month there. I quit going when they quit selling the potato cakes, when they started selling them again, I started eating there again, today I went and no more potato cakes, the person working the counter didn't seem to know about the current 7.00 double meat deal, but finally got it figured out. I also ordered a side of aujuse that ended up being a very bland gravy with no real flavor...aujuse is not gravy. And the final letdown was no cherry turnovers. I might be back someday but for now I am too disappointed to return any time soon. Do better Arby's!
Every time we go to this Arby's they hold the Arby's sauce ransom. Makes no sense. 12 horsey sauce and 3 Arby's sauce for 6 double meat sandwich??? Make it make sense
I ordered the double bacon burger and it was cold. I had the curly fries and they were cold and stale. But the young lady on the window was very nice and polite.
We purchased a Market Fresh Sandwich tonight. I opened the sandwich to rearrange the meat. There was a BITE takin out of my slice of cheese.
My husband returned the sandwich. The manager said "sometimes the cheese breaks"
I am sorry, but not in the middle of the slice and NOT IN THE SHAPE OF A MOUTH.
She offered to re make it then refunded us for the sandwich only when we said no thank you.

My wife ebony an I had a great experience at Arby's thanks to the customer service of Robert the GM. He some tremendous courtesy and was able to acknowledge my noisy dog which I greatly appreciated.
