Best WLM Reviews
I went through the drive-thru (not take out), and the woman who took my order was very welcoming. It was very good for the price, as it was about $25 for two. Overall, my culinary experience at Arby’s was above satisfactory, but it came with a few slight flaws. I got the Greek gyro, and the bread, mayo, gyro sauce, and lettuce were all good; however, the meat was a little over seasoned and threw me off a bit. The curly fries were what you would expect, but they were warm and crunchy which was perfect, but the Arby’s sauce definitely made them taste worse, so I recommend getting a different sauce instead. The mozzarella sticks were good and had a stringy cheese which is SO pleasurable and the crunch was amazing! The strawberry lemonade was AMAZING, and the second best I’ve ever had next to Hardee’s. The root beer was just like anything you could get from a can, but it was still good. The burger; however has a lot of room for improvement. It was wet, unseasoned, drippy, and just a mess for anybody who is trying not to be dirty. Would I recommend this place to friends and family? Sure.
Geographically trapped in line. Apparently they decided to stop working the drive through because they are short staffed. So I was stuck in line (hadn’t ordered) and could not leave because you are trapped by the boulders/trees/hills. Line of cars in front and behind me. After 20 min I called the store and told them to either move the line or move cars so I could leave the line. They told me they quit working the drive through because they’re too busy. Seriously If you’re too busy put up a cone and close the drive through. Don’t leave people trapped.
Arby's of Union is fortunate to have such a cheerful employee as Marilyn working the counter. Such a bright demeanor makes customer's experience enjoyable. Hard to find people like her these days.
Horrible for door dashes and Uber eats, they have 2 people working I see now why , but to accept someone's money that orders that food is bs because half the time as a dasher I will cancel a order that takes longer than 10 mins due to the fact my time is money and the wasted time I watched two regular customers wait in front of me just to find out they never even got acknowledged to make a order so they walked out.. Really bad for business
Employee kept my debit card. Wouldn’t answer phone when I tried calling for it. Was specifically told no red ranch sauce on sandwich and they put it on there anyway. Ordered 2 Dr Peppers and got one Dr Pepper and one diet Dr. Pepper. Will be calling corporate. I have also reported my card as stolen.
Staff was nice.
Doesn't make up for eating in and 3 drive-throughs go by. And a walk in get their food and go before us. We had an apology for the wait. But why then were the roast beef sandwiches cold?
And the frys cold too? Another person had just come in and got their food almost immediately and came to the dining room.
Makes no sense.
I ordered the new Gobbler. The turkey was semi cold and drenched with a sage seasoning. Very disappointed.
This is one of those drive throughs that does 1 car at a time and has ypu pull around to game some internal system. Food is f8ne though.
