As always, the picture is not what is delivered. They have the meat? Where? Disappointed. Best part is that they have one of the best chocolate shakes in the fast food industry.
Low staff and watched them lock doors on customers cause while we were waiting for food one of the employees burned themselves and had to leave leaving the crew of 3 down to 2.
The food took forever to make and it was hard to get the twos attention, understandably. The restaurant is undergoing renovations inside soon and it was chaotic there to dine in.
Stopped here a few days ago to grab a quick bite. And to get back on the road. And the food turned out good. And the people seemed to be nice and polite. Restaurant was clean so if you like Arby's I would say stop by and grab a bite to eat if you are in that area.
Went in the middle of lunch. They were jam packed but their team handled it very well everyone's orders seemed to be flying out with no mistakes. Food was hot and fresh the staff were extremely friendly.
Ordered online and everything was ready and fresh when we got there. We only had to wait a few seconds for the milkshakes because they made them when we got there so they weren't melted. Staff was nice. Mozz Stix did not taste like dirty oil, they were fresh. Got chicken sandwich as well and that was nice and crispy made to how it was ordered with mods.
Ordered the much-lauded fish sandwich at 5:20pm today. Expected something good as I normally love Arby’s. It was obvious to me upon taking a bite that the fish had probably been fried more than a couple hours before and smelled and tasted positively dank. I have doubts that proper product rotation is being observed at this location. Won’t stop me from going to other Arby’s locations but clearly these guys are behind on some training.
What I don't get is when you check your order before it's handed out the window and , then you have to go back inside and are asked where your receipt is. Like I was just in your drive thru. Check the bag before handing out. Especially when it was the manager handing the bag out. Poor management and poor customer service. We won't be back. Update.....response was made back and link doesn't work. Nice try .
A favorite stop for me and the family mostly at night when a lot of other places have closed. Service is generally good, prompt, and friendly. Food is almost always hot and made well.
