I ordered a roast beef dip without cheese. The lady who took the order confirmed it. The attached receipt states, “NO Processed Swiss”.
Got home to Santee. Cheese on the sandwich and only ONE SLICE of roast beef. Look at the pictures, please.
This Arby’s is a disgrace and a joke. And the owner will post a BS apology without any resolution of this double error by a disinterested staff.
The clerk was OK, but the manager was just spitting out “we’re outta roast beef” without listening to the order. It sounded like he was just ready to get off work and didn’t care. I ordered a GYRO online and he was telling me the same thing over and over. He even suggested I contact ARBYS for a refund, until interrupted to say that the GYRO doesn’t require roast beef. He got a little hot about that so he made my order last, but the fries went in first so they were cold by the time I got them. See, they had to make the 2nd item (a chicken sandwich) which was fried hard. He knew those fries would be waiting for 10-12 minutes.
Orangeburg has the worst customer service.
Always good food & employees are polite! We got a Reuben, brisket sandwich, curly fries, jamocha shake, & orange dream shake. Atmosphere only got a 3 because it's a fast food place. It was very clean & music was great.
The Turkey sandwich keeps me coming back to Arby's. I ask that my sandwich is made without the bacon and ranch. I prefer mustard on the sandwich. The sandwich maker toasts the bread slices to perfection and places all the veggies on with the shaved meat. The entire sandwich is perfect. The attendant at the register makes sure the customers are taken care of with friendly service and a kind attitude.
Excellent, friendly staff. Very attentive (we did not order Fri drinks because we had water in the car, but our check-out person volunteered cups for water). Really appreciated the kindness after a long trip to the area!
It was really, really nice to you have a bag that had a normal amount of napkins and the sauces that I had ordered, my fries were filled to inappropriate level, and my sandwich was perfect. I ordered through delivery, and fast food is iffy in this case, they did the absolute most. Everything was perfect.
Best fish sandwich I ever had. Wonderful staff too. I came to window in drive thru to get order, the young lady gave me cheese sauce. I asked her is tarter sauce yellow. She fell out laughing and replaced the sauces. Sooo funny. Keep up the good work.
DO NOT ORDER THE LEMONADE from the Orangeburg ( near KFC) Arby's. I ordered on Friday, gave me an instant stomach ache. Tasted BITTER & SOUR. SOUR, as in spoiled. I tried calling the manager to let him know he needs to throw it in the trash. Phone rang sevetsl times, but no answer.
