Very friendly staff, very helpful giving me a drink carrier inside the store. Very clean! The pop from the machine was the PERFECT blend of carbonation to syrup ratio!! The food here is ALWAYS fire!
They asked us twice about our order and went to eat and they got sandwiches wrong. Went inside to have them redo it and 10 minutes to get our right sandwich. Meanwhile chicken sandwiches were going out the door.
Pulled up ordered a small D. Coke, got to the window and was greeted by a very sweet employee who said she took care of it. Free drink served with a smile. Thank you! My pup passed away recently and this was such a great surprise when needed.
Not necessarily a personal go-to, but a great alternative to the burgers served everywhere else. It remains unique among fast food.
Went thru the drive thru at 7:05 pm on 11/4/23. Young lady taking my payment and handing me my food said nothing the entire time---literally not one word. No "thank you", "here's your card back", "can i get you anything else?"..... Nothing. She either needs retrained, reassigned to not interact with customers, or a different job entirely.
They are really quick and efficient. Arbys has always been a little more expensive than some of the other fast food chains. I wish they'd bring back the boneless BBQ chicken wings. They were awesome. The indoor dining room has been closed for most of the past 2 years.
Best Arby’s I’ve ever been to in terms of food quality and service, and I would say best fast food place in the area period. Food is always hot and my orders are always correct. Today I got the Greek Gyro meal and it came out great. I hope Arby’s appreciates their employees for sticking around and giving 100% at a time when so many people are quitting their fast food jobs.
My order been messed up so many times! Last time i went they made me wait so long I LEFT FOOD I ALLREADY PAID FOR! Today i decided give em 1 more chance, messed order up, and then played games with my refund. Inly when i told em keep it and started leaving did my $ appear! And yea they got curssed out, lucky not slapped! You dont play w people $ when they are hungry!
