They are running a sale on 4 roast beef classic sandwiches for $10. Each sandwich was hot with plenty of meat. The buns were toasted perfectly. I was given several different choices of sauce to go on them. The staff was very helpful & friendly & seem to enjoy their job.. Each crew member was well dressed and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
Took 45 minutes to get through drive thru with only 3 cars on the line as one person was doing everything- taking orders, filling orders, and collecting payments.
Fried turkey sandwich certainly did not look like ad on tv. It was skimpy and tasted like cardboard. sandwiches with fries cost $30!
Ordered Deluxe Beef Burger. The bun was hard and stale. Returned the burger to the counter and the answer for the stale bun was “not sure how it could be stale, we just thawed them out yesterday”. Gave you a chance Arby’s … won’t be back
Tried Arby’s after many years. It was a nice switch from burgers. I had the Kings Hawaiian sweet heat beef n brisket sandwich. It has plenty of meat and a sweet roll bun. The fried onion rings inside were a nice touch. Really enjoyed it. I also had the orange dream shake that was pretty good as well.
Every time you come here the wait is long. I said I'd never come back but I wanted to try the new burger but it's not worth it. I've been in line for 20 minutes and only moved one spot
This location needs new managers or go ahead a shut this place down. Wendy's up the road is where I'm going I can't take this line anymore.
I went inside and was placing my order at the counter. After ordering an asst. manager last name Wade came up and said " woe woe woe slow down this girl is new and she took my order and relayed it to the new girl and got it wrong twice. Wade started closing the register and very rudely told me to move down. She was constantly complaining. A guy came in from the drive thru because his order was wrong. Wade came up and said" I gave you 3 sauce at the window, you don't need any more " and the guy told Wade he wasn't asking for sauce. Another employee ask Wade a question and again speaking very rude said " My shift be over ask you manager". I ask for extra thousand Island for my Ruben like I do every week and she said" it comes on the sandwiche you don't get extra. When I first walked in, she was being very rude to someone in the drive thru telling him he needed to learn how to order and slow down. The new girl apologized to me several times about Wade. My food was cold because it sat there while I waited for them to cook cheese sticks and sliders which Wade forgot.Ibspen $40 there every week and I won't any more
Placed an online order that they couldn’t fulfill. I received no phone call from the store letting me know. The menu isn’t that extensive and the one other thing my son would eat, the woman refused to substitute the meal for, even though I offered to pay the one dollar difference. She also claimed to not be able to cancel the order. She asked me to make a loop even though no solution was found. I refused because I wanted this resolved. Ending in a customer getting hostile with me and threatening me because I was in line and he couldn’t get out, banging on my car and window with a newborn in the car. I called the corporate number to issue the complaint and request a refund on the whole order.
What a way to do business.
Staff and management has been doing a really great job lately and I'm eating here 3 times a week. The sliders at happy hour are AMAZING. The fries have been so good, just crisp enough and not greasy. Dominique is an amazing employee from order taking to drive thru to preparing the food. We need more like her in the world.
