We hadn't gotten anything from Arby's for over 30 years because when we had gotten sandwiches then, we got sick enough that we thought we could never eat it again, but last month, we decided to give it a try. We're so glad we did! The beef and cheese are awesome! The sandwich is a meal by itself! We love it!
I ordered the french dip meal with crinkle fries. And they weren't hot not even warm but cold. This location had four employees on the clock. They were just standing behind the front counter laughing and goofing off having a great time. My mom went up there to tell one that the ketchup dispenser was empty. He said that it would be refilled but never was unfortunately. The flooring and tables were filthy and gross. Their television is literally never turned on and screen appears to be ruined due to being sprayed with some type of cleaning product. Whomever paid for this building to be remodeled apparently doesn't honestly give a rats butt as to how the interior looks. And then cold food seriously? I expected way better. The employees should be reprimanded and retrained with threats of being fired if they don't comply. I've never seen such laziness and complete disrespect for a decent job. These kids want to work but not put any effort into actually working there ????
I do not recommend anyone buy food from this establishment. And if you dare to dine here than you risk cold food which may or may not be completely cooked through. I would hope that it is
Drop fried products first please and a suggestion to keep the bagged items warm is to set the bag under the fry warmer, where you normally stack fries.

Food was not hot, ketchup container was empty. Four employees are standing around talking, and having a really good time. I was told the ketchup would be refilled, but wasn't. The floor and tables needed to be cleaned. Maybe they could work instead of playing around, after all that is what they get paid for.
Not gonna lie anytime I get anything fried here I'm sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Not gonna stop me from going or anything just maybe avoid their fried foods if that worries you.
Ordered a LARGE meal. They didn’t give a straw. They filled my fries up HALF WAY and didn’t give my the sauce I payed for. This place is trash. And the last time I ordered from here the roast beef was GREEN
I normally enjoy a roast beef at Arby's but this location wasn't doing well. Luke warm beef, buns that were microwave chewy, and cold fries. Pretty disappointed for a stop while traveling.
I got charged for a large meal when I only a medium but they were out of stock of medium. & when I asked if I was getting charged for a large she got a attitude & said I was. I don’t feel like I should get charged a large because I didn’t want a large.
