So this review is specifically for the location on Scottsville road. I've never had anything bad on the menu and the staff is always nice but every single time I go it doesn't matter if I order a single order of fries or one single meal or the whole family every single time I go I either one sit in the drive-thru for ages or I get up to the window and they ask me to pull forward and wait The last time I was asked to do this I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich and order of fries and a large sweet tea and was asked to pull forward while about six other cars behind me left before my food was brought to me now you can't tell me in those six cars there wasn't at least one roast beef sandwich and multiple orders of fries but I still had to wait.
Arbees is worse than ever. Meat that only tastes of salt. And this location can't put a sandwich together without mounding everything in one pile in the middle of the bread. Last nights rueben sandwich had no noticeable saure kraut or dressing and odd how the meat seems identical to the roast beef sandwich rather than the corned beef as advertised. The roast beef and cheddar was slopped together the same way. Just a lump of meat in one spot and then some kind of awful liquid fake cheese jiz glopped in one spot.
The Lazy little teenage girl working at 9:30pm on Tuesday November 3rd takes no pride in her work. I'm sure she'd rather not have to be bothered with customers anyway. I'm only too happy to ablige her. I don't appreciate paying for salty overpriced food and not even getting the ingredients that are advertised and shown in their pictures. Is it that hard to get the saure kraut out of hiding?
Consistently good... thanks to everyone who works there! Prices have gone way up since last visit. Way. Up.

Went back to Arby's to try the steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich, and it was delicious. Great job at this Arby's. Adding the 5th star for this trip. Staff was great.
This Arby's is good! Staff is pleasant, never seen it extremely busy, and food is good. Eating and bathroom areas were clean. Food was hot and they had me at "would you like your apple turnover warmed up?"
I have NEVER had a negative experience here. In fact, while pregnant I frequented here because the staff and food was always top tier. I've ordered in, pre-ordered through the app and more, it's always the same wonderful service.
“My safe won’t accept this bill.”
Paying for my order with a $50 bill. Cashier disappeared and came back and said the safe was rejecting the bill so she couldn’t accept it. So I handed her another $50 bill, both of which had come from the same bank and were sequentially numbered bills.
Worst service I’ve ever had. If you want to break out the pen and tell me it’s registering as counterfeit, that’s one thing. But it wasn’t. And they didn’t.
I ordered a 5 piece tender with crinkle fries combo. My chicken fingers were good as usual. However, the fries tasted like freezer and looked grease filled. Very disappointed because they were inedible. When you pay for something and get all the way home and things aren't proper makes you feel like you wasted your money and it wasn't valued enough to make proper.
Not one complaint here. Been a long long time since I have been to a fastfood restaurant and left happy and with great food. Keep it up Arby's you are doing it right.
We dined in and they still had the nerve to serve us old fries that had no heat at all to them. Women's bathroom was out of paper towels told someone and the response was as if they could care less.
