Walked in to a group of “friends” hanging out in the back cursing and talking about the weed they were smoking. I waited extra long for my food. The guy at the counter my bag to the lady in front of me, and after handling all of my food decided it was good to give to me. He was very visibly high and dazed.
Food was not that great, order was wrong, cheese bites were burnt to a crisp.
Tables were dirty, floor reminded me of the bar from college. Not a bell ringing experience here at this Arby’s
Walked in for supper, only one customer inside eating. Someone came to the counter to take our order, I hear the f word in thebackground. Get our food, go over to the condiments and the place was a mess. Looking for a table to sit down, 3 had food on it and I found a fourth table that was clean. My crispy chicken sandwich was good first three bites, so much gristle in the rest of the chicken I finally gave up after having to 2 pieces out. Did I ask for another sandwich, no thank you! Not visiting this place again!
They need to mark sandwiches , check that they have cheese too, outside that, good stuff.

Food was, ok.
Although at the end we found a hair stuck to the wrapping.
Staff super nice.
Restaurant, very disgusting, won't even mention the womens bathroom.
We won't go back.
Best Arby's we have been to in a long time. Friendly staff, super fast service, and you could tell they took care in making sure the food was right. The meals even looked like they would in an ad.
The 2 for 5 dollar chicken wraps tasted like they were under the warming light too long. Very dry. The roast beef sandwiches were as if someone squashed them before going in bag. They tasted ok but....
I only had a problem with they didn’t offer no sauce like ketchup, mustard anything Arby’s sauce they didn’t offer nothing
very disrespectful lady at the drive thru.. love the food but absolutely terrible service
2 people standing around, nobody came up to the counter. Finally got our order curly fries were cold and hard, and so were the sandwiches! It was disgusting! We wound up going to McDonald's instead! Don't you care about Customer service anymore? Where was your Pride serving your product? This was Friday the 21st, evening shift. We always looked forward to Arby's after shopping. Not now.
