The girl at the window was so sweet and nice. I’ve been craving Arby’s for so long but it’s extremely disappointing how bad it was. It literally tastes like Arby’s sauce on bread. Arby’s is nothing like it used to be ????????
The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was awesome. Kade was very good at communicating and being sanitary, washing his hands between a task he was doing and helping us. The food came out quickly and was great! We had the bacon ranch and regular
Waygu Burger. This disturbed lemonade was amazing! I would definitely go back there.
Ordered a classic roast beef and a soda. The bread had to have been sitting out all day as it was crusty and tasted stale. The roast beef was luke warm at best and the soda has been watered down. I used to love Arby's but $9 for stale, cool food is a waste. Also did not receive a receipt.
I placed an order to be picked up between 11 and 11:20 pm. I arrived at 11:12, if my food was made fresh it would have still been hot. The dr.pepper was watered down, and I got no napkins.
They're the MOST unprofessional here. They are suppose to be open by 9, the manager didn't open the doors til 9:20 and wasn't even in work attire. Everyone was rude walking around mad at the fact they gotta work the job they applied for.
Yall need to work on your work ethic because that's just embarrassing.
I ordered through door dash and usually it's delicious however the cheese on my smokehouse brisket looked like it was made three days ago and none of the order was remotely warm. My other sandwich looks like paste... So I'm really sad with this almost 30 dollar order.
I order online to avoid all the people and I’m now 30 minutes into not getting my food but everyone else that ordered had got there’s I got told I need to wait because they are short handed great way to respond to a customer
Dropped in for a quick dinner around 8 pm. Dining area was very clean. Food came out Pretty quick. Staff was very friendly.
I decided to try their new 2 for $5 chicken wraps.
I asked how big the wraps were they told me they’re like small burritos, which is exactly accurate.
I tried the ranch & barbecue chicken wraps. And decided to sample several of their sauces to see how they might enhance the flavor, and as hoped each sauce added a layer of flavor… the honey mustard was good, their original Arby’s sauce was very good, their 3 way spicy sauce also a nice zesty option.
Their curly fries were hot and also good with the different sauces. I was full after 1 wrap and medium curly fry. I am sure the BbQ wrap will be a winner. Chicken was perfectly done and veggies were fresh and a good amount of ranch in the wrap????. Would definitely try these options again and give their honey mustard wrap a shot as well.????????
