First visit to Arby's. The place was clean. The employee who waited on us was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was very good.
I will never go to this location again. THERE WAS 2 COCKROACHES RUNNING AROUND AND MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE SEAT THAT I WAS ABOUT TO SIT IN, IT SPOILED MY APETITE !
ON TOP OF THAT , THE FOOD WASN'T SERVED AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURE & I ENDED UP WITH FOOD POISENING !!!
On top of this they have a VERY RUDE & IGNORANT ASSISTANT MANAGER NAMED BRANDI.
The food was hot and prepared properly. Took nearly ten minutes to be assisted and the restaurant was dirty.
I love Arby's. Always good. Great service. And if there is ever an issue with our order they are always quick to fix it with no hassle. Love me some ARBY's
Great place. The manager was very polite telling me the fryer was down. I stopped at Arby's to get the Fish Strips. With the fryer being down I got roast beef. I really really like the Fish Strips. They are the best ever. I hope they become a permanent menu item.
Food was fast, forgot a shake on my order and they corrected it with no extra charge.
The employees here are great. Very kind and helpful and patient. Probably the best Arby's in Michigan. Plus, the special, 4 for 10 can't be beat!
Burger, Reuben, Gyros have been good. Turnover is usually great. Jamoca shake is Mom's favorite. So I do recommend these. Staff is sometimes friendly. Got a Greek gyro and it was messy. Went back and got a roast beef gyro same day and it was put together neat and for some reason tasted better. So sometimes a hit or miss. Noticed that fried food is consistently lukewarm and not fried fresh and crisp. Even when busy. I have to ask for fresh and even then I don't receive it that way. When inside, I noticed that lots of stuff in fryer area is pre-fried and sitting there. So you're not getting anything fresh fried and that's why the texture is off. Can't believe that the floor is still sticky to walk on 6 months later.
