Great customer service, stopped by Saturday 11/2 @ 8:48pm went through the drive thru on my way home amazing service!! Wish all restaurants treated customers this way. Hard to find good food and good service especially these days ????❤️ Thank you Arby's on 4th
Always loved Arby's I never been disappointed. The service has always been top notch. Always looking for something diffrent. I always go inside to look at the menu to take my time. The Deli sandwiches are the best I just like something diffrent.
They got my order filled correctly, Peter the man at the pickup window was very pleasant and had my order ready quickly. What a difference from most Burger joints! Great food.
Went through the drive thru after work and the very upbeat, friendly voice on the speaker was so far above the usual fast food places that it was pleasantly surprising. A refreshing change, in fact, her customer service was 5 star in every way! Her last name was OWENS, but I can't remember the first name on her name tag. I wanted to recognize her in a review because we all know the usual fast food employee is not going the extra mile like this one did. She was super friendly, well spoken, and efficient. She made my night.
We placed our order online and came in to eat. Our order was ready when we arrived. The staff here is awesome! So friendly and helpful. This has to be the cleanest Arby's we have been to in all our travels. Great hot sandwiches.

If I could give negative stars I would..yes I’m aware there’s a hurricane forecasted for TOMORROW but when I pull up and you answer the machine and I said oh okay cool you’re open then I get met with WELL WE DONT WANT TO BE SO IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT…I didn’t ask what you wanted:) I double checked that you were still open. Lose the attitude, you did not HAVE to go to work tonight.
Place had a weird vibe. 29 dollars and 30 cents for 2 medium combos. NeVer ever going back to Arby's. Ripping people off with those prices.
