Since when do restaurants not take coupons when you order with one? The chubby unkempt chick in the drive-thru was going to argue with me that she doesn't have to have it. So why bother even having coupons??? Plus she was RUDE!!!!! Arby's needs to teach their employees here some manners! Their customer service sucks!! Not to mention when I got home my drink was half empty. But I will say "thank you" for giving me back more change than you were supposed to simply to get rid of me. I appreciate that. Bet your till comes up short tonight, honey.
Made a stop at this Arby's on the way up the East Coast over Thanksgiving weekend. Pleasantly surprised to arrive to fantastic service by a well-staffed crew supporting a late lunch crowd. We had the gyro, very fresh curly fries and the turkey sandwich and they were very good! I would definitely recommend this location.
Sorry about it being half eaten but I couldn't resist. They have some of the best gyros in town and we get them often. Thanks Arby's for doing such a great job.

We drove through. Communication was clear, service was prompt and food was hot. Fries nice and crisp. Overall great fast food experience that was actually fast.
Food was excellent but, it took forever seems like to get the order that was called in and paid for 10 mins prior to me arriving. Staff seemed to be lost or either unwilling to recognize that they weren't being very helpful
Restaurant closes 15 - 20 minutes early before stated closing time of 12 a.m. and staff ignores paying customers attempting to make purchases. Avoid and visit a quality restaurant like Culver's or Chik fil A
Placed order, shift supervisor was extremely flustered over the two cars in the drive-thru and four customers inside waiting to order. Very curt and trying to I guess be efficient but came off as rude. Was given the wrong sandwich, no big deal, but I did go up to the counter and request the roast beef I had ordered. Received that in a couple minutes, food was pretty good, sat down to eat with my daughter and overheard shift Mgr telling his employees how he'd lose his job if such and such wasn't done, so he had to protect his job. Wasn't paying too much attention to that, but when the young woman came out to wipe the tables off, she said to Mgr please tell me you drove, Mgr said yes and she said thank God, no one else coming in. I'm sorry, but no customers means no business- I was here last month, different crew, and it was much more pleasant atmosphere. I'll probably not visit this location again.
