while the employees are usually nice, I dislike that every time I get my normal double beef and cheddar, they only put the smallest little half spoon of cheddar on it. I'm paying MORE for the cheddar and I'm barely even getting any. and their soda is constantly flat too. I give up on this arbys.
Curious what time this location closes? It says 11:00 online but I’ve driven out of my way twice now before 11:00 and they are closed. Did the hours change or did the employees decide to leave early? Would like to know for next time!
I see that you did respond. Thank you, but I’m not sure what further details you need. I wrote the review under the 3615 Bardstown Rd. location. Online it says they close at 11:00PM. I just need to know if that’s accurate or not? I’ve been there twice around 10:00 and 10:30 (no later) and they were closed. I went there bc again it says 11:00 online.
I honestly believe these employees couldn’t care less about their jobs. They get paid next to nothing so, that’s the service you should expect.
Good food, clean restaurant. Apple Turnover was served warm and delicious.
Imagine with me for a moment going to a restaurant and ordering three sandwiches and four fries and not receiving a single correct order not even a single fry was correct. We ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato or lettuce; we received a sandwich with no chicken but lettuce tomato and enough honey mustard to make the sandwich weigh more than a sandwich with a chicken Pattie, this is not an exaggeration. They also made a second of this type of sandwich, although the sandwich it was supposed to be was a chicken sandwich plain. It had lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, and also had so much honey mustard that it was just a puddle on the plastic, before even opening the sandwich. This wasn't just a simple mess up, or mistake that was understandable, it was plain unacceptable. And I'm saying this without ever making a negative review. If by some rare chance you look at this before going and are not just sharing in my poor experience, do not go here.
I ordered the new Good Burger and when I received it was raw. I have been trying to call for the past hour and no one answers the phone.
Typical fast food place. The one thing that makes this food chain stand out is their sauces.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our order was correct and completed in a very short time. The restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere.
