Sat at the drive thru for 10 min and no one came over speaker to take order, went to window and several employees looked right at us through the window but no one acknowledged our presence or took our order, had to leave kids in the car to come inside and order. There were 7 others cars that had to do the same thing all because there was no sign on the drive thru speaker or window saying it was closed!!! Here's a photo of a car that wanted for 10 min after we did!!! What a terrible waste of time and inconvenience. Won't be back again. Atleast have the courtesy to put up a sign that you're closed!!! Spoke to manager Raven and she was horriably rude and nasty and lied about how she spoke to us through speaker (she didn't!) then changed her story to that she didn't have time answer drive thru and then states how it wasn't her problem to deal with drive thru people. She needs fired for treating customers like this!!!
They had speedy service. Got a milkshake it was fantastic. They all worked well as team everyone was helping or cleaning. Thank you for wishing me a Merry Christmas. You and your tean are awesome
Stood in line was at the register for over 15 minutes and nobody ever came to take order. Did I mention that it was lunch time on a Tuesday. Me and the 5 other people behind me walked out without them noticing. They were in the back and it sounded like the were only paying attention to the drive through. I must have heard them take 10 drive through orders and never even look at the front counter.
The opposite of fast food. Love's should kick them off their property.
I've stopped here a few times and had to announce my presence at the register to get my order taken.
Too much to say here about what is wrong with this franchise. Basically, it isn't fast food. If you eventually get the food, it is decent.
If you look at all the reviews, this is common and all they do is apologize. Nothing is being done. Avoid this franchise. They have no concept of customer service.
Pitiful. Love's should kick them out. Post any complaints on love's page as well.
People inside WATCHED ME AT THE SPEAKER, but ignored the fact I was there, despite the fact they’re supposed to be open!!
Pink haired kid was CLEARLY under the influence of some sort of intoxicant. Either hung over as hell, still drunk, or stoned out of her mind.
Don’t bother with the drive thru, they act like it isn’t there.
After waiting about 5 mins for someone to come to the front and offer to take my order, i was informed they were out of Roast Beef. ???? How does ANY fast food place run out of their signature trademarked item? Customer service was bad AND they can’t do inventory. Good job, Manager! You had ONE job! Don’t run out of Roast Beef!
Waited 20 min for 2 sandwiches and a curly fry. Cruly was cold, they were put out when I asked for hot ones. Sandwiches , gyro was so hard u could not eat the bread. Beef and cheddar was fair. They were not even busy, tables were dirty. There was no sense of urgency even though there were no fewer than 6 people waiting in line during the hour + that we were there.
Cashier was really busy flirting to begin with and there was only one person at front, 3 others gossiping on the side. Order my food, Wagyu Burger..Asked for No Lettuce, NO onion, no Tomato..Well, got back to the truck and there it all was. Nasty place and I don't recommend. Their County Score is a B...It is for a reason.
