Everytime I visit at this Arby's while traveling through the employees have always been kind and the food delicious. I was there once when I saw only two employees working and it was very busy both inside and the drive-thru—and the employee that took my order still has great customer service. This Arby's always looks clean when I arrive there to order.
I got stuck here for 3 days while my truck was down, and ended up eating at Arby's for the whole time. Luckily I really enjoy their croissants, and potato cakes. The whole team was excellent, food was fresh, and the service was friendly. Even first thing in the morning.
This whole location was excellent. From the shop to the restaurant, to the restrooms.
It made a stressful situation just a little bit better.
This is one of the WORST Arby's in the country!!!! They have no communication skills the employees are rude and couldn't care less about working. I ordered a roast beef "were out" was the response called my husband to see if he wanted something else. Crispy chicken walked back up to the counter to order it "we don't have any". well what do you have. Ordered chicken tenders and went to wait on them. After watching the employees stand around talking to each other, one says we have a tender order. The other girl go oh and finally walks over and drops them to cook. Then looks up at me and says it's gonna be a few minutes. I was beyond frustrated by this point. No apologies nothing. Skip this one
Refreshingly clean and the staff is upbeat and ready to serve. Service is quick and food is fresh. Great experience! Located inside Loves Country Store.
Ordered my chicken sliders the way I always do with mayonnaise. Because your employees are too lazy. They didn't want to put the mayonnaise on. Said it would spoil if they put mayonnaise on my sandwich. Said I should put it on myself with the packets. If I order something I expect to get it never had a problem at another Arby's
I am very impressed at the service & the look of this restaurant. I have been to a lot of Arby's restaurants but this one is by far the best I've been to. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was all the tables clean, aside from the wet floor signs the dining room area looked like all dining room areas should look when you go into them. Next the staff was friendly. I was greeted when I first walked in, asked how my day was, and actually took an interest in my response. The cashier took my order with promptness & even read it back to me to verify everything was correct. The next thing I noticed was that there were plugs at every table. I mean every table. I didn't have to search the dining room area for a table with a plug they're all over the place. Now most people don't care about this but I travel for work so it's refreshing to know I can come in here and be able to charge my laptop while I eat and work on my laptop. Thanks to all the staff here for actually making this a good experience. If I'm ever in the area and have a taste for Arby's I am definitely coming back here
Like most places the service was slow, for a fast food joint. Staff was friendly and apologetic for the slow service but I didn't see any reason for the three customers to be delayed for 20 plus minutes per order.
Second time stopping here, we always make a stop here when traveling to Florida. In the middle of nowhere, always good and can get fuel at the same time!
